Superb room, stuff for which nothing was too much of a hussle (I did have few requests that could be a bit bothering), tasty breakfast, incredible view from a roof terrace. Location ideal for sightseeing and lots of great places to eat around. Highly recommended.

Good value for money hotel - the location is convenient - only a 15 minute walk to the Acropolis, a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro and just a 2 minute walk around the corner to lots of trendy bars and restaurants. The hotel bar itself has great views of the Acropolis and is very cheap (two euros for... More

The location might not be for everyone (it's perhaps a bit edgy for older couples and families) but we thought it was great. A lovely, practical, budget option. Room was spacious and cool. Breakfast was good for the money. And we really liked having the roof top bar area with really cheap beer and wine to ourselves. We'd stay here... More

We spent 5 nights in August at this hotel. We never failed to find quick, efficient, friendly service at the front desk. The room and the lobby were clean, if basic. The breakfast was nice with a good variety, and the top floor as well as our room had a good view of the Acropolis and the Parthenon. We spent... More

We spent 4 nights at this hotel - three at the beginning of our vacation, and one at the end. As other reviews have already mentioned, some of the streets around the hotel are pretty run down, and at night, quite desolate. We never felt unsafe walking back to the hotel at night, but we did feel a bit uneasy.... More

Nice hotel with clean rooms and decent showers. Breakfast was top. We liked the terrace on top of the building, providing a view on classic Athens. Neighbourhood is not top. Especially if you want to visit the touristic centre by foot, the area is a bit distant and deserted.

Words to describe this hotel: clean, cheap, good views, calm (but dirty and a little bit unconfortable) neighborhood. We arrived to the hotel and we didn't like the zone at all (is super dirty, abandoned shops, -ugly- graffitis everywhere and some strange people passing by) but then we realized that the city is all dirty and quite abandoned so we... When visiting Athens, the Psiri neighborhood is probably the best place to have your base-station. I've visited Athens before and will always try to find a hotel nearby. It's close to the Monastiraki square, the Plaka, metro stations, even the Acropolis is in walking distance. However, it's a very vivid neighborhood with some abandoned buildings and a lot of graffiti,... More
