We really loved this hotel and felt that we had found the perfect place in the ideal location for our week in Athens.
The hotel was modern, stylish and very clean. The service could not be faulted.
The rooms had everything we could need, including lovely shampoo and conditioner in the shower and other toiletries.
The shower is an overhead rain style shower (which is so nice) but also has a hand held shower option with incredible water pressure.
The rooms were quiet, we were not disturbed by noise from the city at all.
The location is perfect. It is at the top of a steep hill or steps (just to bare in mind if you have any mobility issues - although note that Athens in general would be challenging in these circumstances) means you feel relaxed away from the noise, far enough away from the tourist trap type areas and allows incredible views from the roof.
The nearest metro station is a 7 min walk away and is very cheap to get around (and only a €9 ticket from the airport) however we didn’t need to use the metro often as the location of the hotel is ideal for walking all around the city centre.
Breakfast was a delight every morning, with a selection of cold buffet foods (highly recommend the Greek yogurt and honey, although my husband definitely enjoyed the pastries!) and then you can order from the cooked menu. The Kagiana (scrambled egg, feta and tomato) is a must try, as is the French toast! Delicious.
We both made use of the small gym which had everything we needed (running machine, bike, weights etc.) and appreciated having access to this after all the amazing food we ate in Athens!
On our last day we checked out at 11am and were able to leave our luggage to be collected later which was really helpful.
As a whole this hotel is perfect, we have stayed in lots of places but this is one of the best. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in this fab city.

A nice and clean hotel. We had a mountain view room on the first floor. The room was spotless. I particularly loved the breakfast. It was exceptional. I loved the egg white omelette with green peppers and onions (as I requested from the menu). Also tried the pancakes (very good) and French Toast (which wasn't for me but my husband loved it). They also have this wonderful cake in the dining area which was my favourite with a cup of coffee.
Excellent location. Walking distance to the Acropolis and the Acropolis museum and restaurants. The staff are very lovely and friendly too.

I think fresh water bottles (glass preferably) would be good for rooms. Filtered water in glass bottles will also be good for the environment. Some instructions on how to use the air con and heating would be useful and perhaps a storage room for luggage for those who have a late flight so someone in reception doesn't have to keep an eye on it.

I stayed at Neoma, Athens two weeks after they opened. For being newly opened, they definitely have their vision of impeccable service and hospitality well-organized.
From the first moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a smile and all of my requests were met, no . . . exceeded! The lobby is beautiful, decorated in a very clean, simple, and modern way. There is fine art throughout the property which is purchasable—nice touch. The staff gave me a clear overview of the facilities and timings. They even made great recommendations for restaurants in the area.

The room was great. They upgraded me for no cost to a room with a beautiful balcony. The bed was massive and comfortable. The digital lighting control with difference ambiances was easy and fun to operate. I appreciated the espresso machine with complimentary coffee pods in the closet. The Elemis bath products were luxurious and a great touch. Everything was clean, modern, and tastefully decorated.

The crown jewel of this property is the direct, uninterrupted view of the Acropolis, Mount Lycabettus in one direction and the sea (Saronic Gulf) in the other. I spent the whole day on the rooftop enjoying the pool and amazing service from the bar. I didn't want to leave the hotel, despite having so much to see in the city.

Manos, the hotel manager, introduced himself that evening when I was enjoying the rooftop. He was genuinely kind and his leadership of the staff shines through in everything they do.

Breakfast was delicious! It is a la carte with some cheese and fruit platters available at a small self-serve station. I ordered Kagianas, Greek eggs cooked with tomato juice and feta. Manos kindly explained the dish and also told us how to customize it as per different regions in Greece which each add their own variations to the dish. I really appreciated his background information on this dish. It made breakfast a memorable experience.

I highly recommend Neoma for your hotel booking in Athens. I will never forget my experience, the kind staff, or that view—one of the best views in Athens.

Happy travels to you and thanks for reading.

We had a wonderful stay with Neoma following our Adriatic cruise. We spent 2x nights at the hotel, the breakfast included was a bonus, made to order which is a plus compared to usual buffets. The rooftop was beautiful! Views over the whole of Athens as well as the Acropolis, the pool was a little cold however understandable as it’s only May so FYI it’s not heated. We expected the rooms to be smaller but they were a great size, clean and very modern. Wanted to thank the staff especially, very helpful and booked 2x lots of transfers for us they made our stay very easy! Overall a beautiful hotel, also love the location easy access to the Acropolis but enough distance for a quiet sleep at night, 10 minute walk into the centre (however this hotel is on the top of a hill so quite a steep walk back). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be recommending to friends!

Neoma is simply one of the absolute best hotel experiences we have had in twenty years of traveling to Europe. The location is central, not just to the Acropolis but to Plaka, Thiseio and Koukaki, all within a 10–15-minute walk.

The staff at the hotel are kind, thoughtful and helpful. They helped to advise us on neighborhoods, restaurants, best museums, they made us feel like family and helped us get a very local taste of the city. The facilities are also top of the line, with a rooftop bar and pool that is stunning.

If you come to Athens, stay here, you will find that there is no better place to stay in Athens.

We loved Neoma! The staff went above & beyond for us & the rooms were awesome! The rooftop is amazing! We wanted to have a licensed guide take us on a private tour of the Acropolis & the Acropolis museum so we reached out a few weeks before our trip and they set it all up for us. Even helped us purchase our tickets when we arrived since the new timed entry system started after we originally set the tour up. Our guide was amazing and about half the price we saw listed for most private tours. We had a very early morning check out time to head to the airport and they packed us a complimentary breakfast to take with us. Our room was the panoramic suite and it was very clean, spacious, modern, well- equipped and had tons of counter space in the bathroom and the room itself which we appreciated. Our favorite part was the rooftop bar! We hung out up there multiple times & found Giannis to be an excellent bartender (especially his margaritas!) Most of the time we had the place about to ourselves & found it to be the most relaxing & chill rooftop bar with the BEST view of the Acropolis out of the ones we visited. Since it's a small boutique hotel we never had to deal with crowds & appreciated the personal attention. Highly recommend & will definitely stay here again when we're back in Athens!

A new hotel, well located near the Acropolis and some great restaurants. Staff are friendly and courteous. Special shout out to the staff at breakfast.

However, as seen in the photo supplied the bedding and is not up to scratch. A single sheet folded and not tucked into a bed is not acceptable for international travellers regardless of any possible local tradition. I do not want to make my own bed when travelling. Two single beds pushed together and covered with a sheet is similarly woeful.

My shower had a window that was open onto other people’s balconies. On the first night I covered this with a towel. On the second night an opaque screen miraculously appeared.

I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again

Dear mattbY2553LW, First of all, I would like to thank you for spending the time to write a review for your recent stay with us. I am happy that you acknowdedged our staff efforts and the location of the hotel. As far as your bedding set up is confirmed, the photo you have uploaded doesn't represent at all the maid's work. This photo was taken after you used the bed (anyone could recognise that). Of course we don't require from our guests to 'make their own bed while travelling'. This is not our character neither our policy. We acted promptly by adding a special film at your bathroom balcony window in order to provide privacy and less sun. The screen was not 'miraculously appeared'. Our technicians added it at your absence, as we didn't want to disturb you. We respect the fact that you will not visiting us again. It would be better if you could seek for a property where personal butlers are employed in order to cover your special requirements and needs. Have a pleasant winter ahead and stay safe! Best Regards, Manos Tsigkakos Hotel Manager

Fantastic boutique hotel in Athens. Great location within walking distance of all main areas and attractions.
Room and bathroom were a good size, lovely modern decoration and even had a little balcony.
Rooftop pool and bar is dreamy - the views of the Acropolis one side and the seaside the other are breathtaking. Sundowner drinks every night is a must. Dinner up there is lovely, but it did get chilly.
Didn't get in the pool as it was a bit cold, but lovely to sit round and read a book.
Service from all staff was great - front desk were helpful with recommendations. A la carte breakfast was brilliant - one of the best 'included' breakfasts I've had. Try the Greek scrambled eggs with tomato and feta!

We stayed at the Hotel Neoma for 4 nights at the end of October and we really liked it!
The staff are all very friendly and the manager is also very accommodating and really goes out of his way to help his guests!
The hotel is also not far from the Acropolis (10-12 minutes around) and the various other sights. (Plaka, Agora, Acropolis Museum etc.)

We had a superior room with a mountain view. The room was large, very clean, had a stylish bathroom with enough storage space and a rain shower, a safe, a small balcony, a minibar (free water) and the air conditioning worked well. The beds were very comfortable. We didn't notice any noise.

We liked the rooftop bar with swimming pool the best! You have a really great view of Athens and the Acropolis from there. You can avoid other rooftop bars in Athens :) A little tip for the bartender at the rooftop bar - if you're a guest who drinks 2 glasses of whiskey in the evening, you don't want to be asked by the bartender if you're a "strong drinker"... that doesn't necessarily boost sales but we took it with humor :)

The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room was very elegant. There was a small buffet with yogurt, sausage, cheese, fruit, honey, chocolate cream, croissants and you could also order from the menu. (Pancakes, eggs of all kinds, bacon etc.) The coffee was served, which we liked.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Neoma and we would be happy to come back anytime!

I stayed for 2 nights in Neoma, a brand new boutique hotel in the charming, peaceful yet very central location of Koukaki, walking distance to the metro, and all the main attractions. The hotel is small and intimate with a very personal feel.
The service and staff at the hotel were outstanding and they did everything they could to make me feel welcome but the thing that really made it stand out was the rooftop pool (the reason I booked) and bar with a view that actually left me speechless! From the pool you could see a green hill on one side with ancient artifacts and the Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill, Athens cityscape and all the way down to the sea at Pireaus on the other 3 sides.
The pool bar had a lovely Asian-inspired menu. I tried the delicious summer rolls and crispy shrimp salad.
The room was very comfortable and stylish.
Breakfast was included from an excellent á la carte menu.
All in all fantastic! In future, I will never stay anywhere else in Athens.

Hi As far as we are concern, the rooms have no view of the Acropolis. You will have to be on the roof top to get a good view. You don‘t only get to see the Acropolis but a 180 defree viwew of the city. Hope the answer helps. Enjoy Athens
