Property's Favorite Review
We really enjoyed our stay at the L'Avventura. I loved the design of the rooms and the breakfast at the hotel was great. The location is excellent as well since the hotel is located in the Psiri neighborhood which has great restaurant and nightlife options while still being within walking distance to the major tourist attractions. Our room did not have much of a view but there are plenty of rooftop bars nearby with Acropolis views.

+1
L’Avventura is an excellent hotel. Brand new and modern. The room is spacious, well equipped (bathrobe, slippers are those things that I never find itn mid-range hotels in other European countries). I got the Superior Double which may be slightly bigger than other rooms but it’s huge and I wouldn’t mind a smaller room size. The bed is super comfortable and clean. Silent and strong aircon. Giant window though facing a wall, it’s a pretty wall with a nice tree outside and plenty of sunlight for me to work in the room for a few hours. Good wifi. The receptionist Anna is one of the best ‘assets’ of the hotel. She is so nice, helpful, welcoming and just overall a lovely lady that even a super introvert like me likes talking to her. The location is good, walking distance to both metro lines Monastraki and Thesio, Acropolis and Filopappou Hill and just a few steps away from a wide selection of coffee, taverns, bars. Zampino, a restaurant by the same owner is 6 mins away by foot and have great foods with good price and the important thing is it’s much quieter than the ones next to L’Avventura. There is a hammam bath and space on the ground floor of the same building. Is there anything better than finishing a message at late night and go straight to your comfy bed?

We were in Athens for an evening and a morning and wanted somewhere central. This place was totally perfect. We took the M3 (blue) train from the airport - very easy, €9, about 40 mins then 5 mins. walk.
Place is as other reviewers say - ideal. For dinner there is great street food right at the door or you can choose from any number of lovely looking places nearby. Breakfast is included in the price and is at a cafe about 5 mins walk away. Food was delicious and the place is across the road from a fabulous bakery.
Have no hesitation in recommending.

Perfect little place in the heart of the best neighborhood in Athens! The location couldn’t be better- right in the middle of the best restaurants, bars and cafes, with 5 minutes walk to the shopping area and 10 minutes walk to the acropolis. The service was AMAZING! The staff was so nice, welcoming and helpful. Our room was on the third floor (next to the reception), it was clean and very quiet, the bed and pillows were so comfortable (one of the best we ever had in hotels) and the room has everything you need. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

An excellent small boutique hotel! Excellent location, in a small alley on the central Ermo street, on the ground floor there is an excellent hammam and spa (not belonging to the hotel). Very central, very clean, smoking balcony on the 3rd floor (there are rooms with a private balcony), breakfast is included in the price, you can choose one dish from the menu, and in addition there are breads and jams.

This hotel is in an excellent location. Our room and the hotel in general was very clean, well maintained, and the staff was kind and helpful. This was a great pick for easy access to all the typical Athens sites. We walked to all of them straight from the hotel. The room was larger than many we had stayed at in Greece (not by a great deal but larger). We had a balcony and enjoyed it but the view was nothing amazing.
We didn't do the "breakfast included" option but then we did upgrade and eat breakfast at the place they offer (which is a 3 minute walk). It was fine and convenient for the time we needed to eat (early that day).
Would stay here again.

A fantastic, modern and fresh hotel in a buzzy part of town. We really enjoyed our accommodation - the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It still felt new, with work and decoration completed to a high standard.
We walked everywhere we needed to once in the city, and access to the Metro is easy, even with a couple of cases in tow.
We didn't take the option of breakfast as we are locally, therefore could not comment on that, however there are plenty of nice places within a couple of minutes walk.
Would happily stay here again when next in Athens.
If you enjoy fish, would also recommend the fish restaurant in the alley as you approach the hotel entrance!

Took my Dad for a trip to Athens and could not have been happier with our stay at L'Avventura Athens.
The hotel is located down a buzzing alleyway and has a chic feel to the place. It is close to most of the main attractions in Athens and we walked everywhere. Nearby there are some nice restaurants where you can try Greek food. We really enjoyed our meal at a restaurant called Lithos Tavern (about a 2 minute walk away).
Check in was nice and easy and all the staff were very helpful. The room was immaculate and had everything you need for a city break. My favourite thing about the room was the huge shower. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space in the room. Each day the housekeeping staff replaced the water in the fridge free of charge (these little things go a long way!).
I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking at booking a trip to Athens.

Great find. Location is superb - less than 5 min walk from train station, acropolis and other attractions within easy walking distance but is on a quiet side street off main road. Staff friendly and helpful, nicely decorated and perfectly clean room with very comfortable bed and air conditioning. Plenty of interesting cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. Very good value for money
