I actually had to change rooms just before midnight... Breakfast also seems stuck in the 80s, not to say 70s, with tinned pineapple and peaches on display in a fairly depressing subterranean massive soulless room... They offered me a room change when I complained... Overall, this a 3 star experience at 5 star room prices so I cannot recommend it...

Wow I don’t even have the words to describe how wonderful my stay was at this hotel. First of all the hotel staff was absolutely wonderful, welcoming and nice... We had had the worst day and actually booked this hotel day of due to a bad experience at our previous accommodation, when we arrived our spirits were AUTOMATICALLY lifted... They completely uplifted our spirits the second we stepped in... The room was wonderful, the concierge was exceptionally helpful with all of our needs and the it was extremely close to the acropolis with new things to see and fun things to do, also in a completely safe neighbourhood especially for two young women travelling alone... The staff there were ABSOLUTELY incredible, they made us feel like family, they would chat with us and get to know us, they was so incredibly sweet and kind... We ended up going back for a drink our last night to say goodbye because they made our trip as wonderful as it was... If you are planning to stay at this hotel I highly recommend you visit their rooftop restaurant for the wonderful food and the incredibly attentive and friendly staff... I will never ever forget their kindness after the all we had experienced at our previous accommodation... I 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone and cannot wait to come back and stay here again in the future...

He was incredibly kind for doing that as he had no reason to help us after we checked out—he deserves a million thanks!...

The location is close to the acropolis and the view is one of the best in the world. The staff are friendly, helpful and most professional... The breakfast features 20 kinds of bread, real bacon and little sausages, poached, scrambled, and omelet eggs... The even have a full sized honeycomb that is dripping honey into a container for the pancakes... I would recommend this hotel for couples and families...

This hotel is perfectly situated to explore the Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum, Plaka and surrounding sites. The marble lobby is elegant and service was attentive... The view of the Parthenon was magical, especially at nightfall, and service and food exceptional... The included breakfast was also tremendous with great variety in food choices, all fresh and Greek inspired, but also pastries, egg dishes, and breads... The pool and pool area were also quite nice greatly apprecited in the August heat, while the hotel and room AC worked perfectly... Would definitely recommend staying here to access sites... Acropolis Museum is a 5-7 min walk, acropolis itself about a 10-15 min walk, agora about a 20 min walk, and Syntagma sq about 20 min...

The ideal hotel to stay while visiting sites around Athens. Located in a quite neighborhood and so close to areas of interest such as Plaka , this gem is one of the flagships of genuine Athenian hospitality... It was a pleasure to feel so welcome and like I belonged to a local family!... Enjoyed the services of Michael and the rest of the team at hotel's porterage as well as the warm smiles and friendliness of Loukas, Themis, Lefki, Irini and Yannis at the front desk... Velissarios, our room attendant was very helpful in showing us around the room, and upon AFTER checkout, volunteering his time to help us secure a taxi that took credit card...

...It is a large hotel that has some big groups but they offered very personalized service and took pride in their hotel. Every single person from the doorman to the desk to the cleaner were really friendly and seemed happy to have us there... The location is perfect for exploring the heart of Athens, it is very walkable to the pedestrian area, the Plaka neighborhood and the environs of Athens... The rooms were nice sized and clean, the balcony is small and our room overlooked the garden and the pool... The pool looked very clean and though we didn't use it , it was being enjoyed by others... We did go up to the rooftop where there was a restaurant to see the Acropolis, which you could see from the roof, not from our room at least... The breakfast was ample and varied and the coffee was delicious... I would definitely give my recommendation to this hotel...

...The hotel is in an ideal location close to the Acropolis but in a quiet neighbourhood with cool little bars and coffee shops . We stayed in a room with a balcony which offered great views of the Acropolis Rates are very reasonable...

...It is easy walking to the Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum and the wonderful Plaka area... The roof top view was amazing, the food good and the staff was very friendly... We also frequented the main level bar and poolside area, and had breakfast one day, again we received excellent service and it was a great place to hang out side in the midday and evening...
