A beautiful neoclassical building situated in Kolonaki area. Walking distance from the heart of Athens. Great rooms, perfect clean, polite, helpful and discreet staff, delicious in room breakfast! Highly recommended!!!
Elegant, warm, clean, with special care for the details. A truly Unique place at the heart of the city. The only difficulty you will find, is to decide which room you prefer at this newly restored building!
Best stay ever. Monsieur Didot was a beautiful old building turned into a boutique hotel. Super classy and tasteful interior design, AMAZING greek breakfast served to your hotel room, super helpful staff, perfect location. 10 minute walk to Syntagma, 10min to cool Exarchia. Stayed here for three nights wish I could have stayed a week!! We had booked the room on the top floor with a private terrace. We also liked the fact that toothbrushes were eco-friendly, the toiletries were of good quality, plenty of towels, as well as bathrobes And slippers. They even prepared a breakfast box since we had a really early departure (that we forgot in the fridge, sorry to the staff!) I have absolutely nothing to say on improvements, except maybe the fact that my boyfriend wanted to get some clothes washed (after coming to Athens straight from a work-trip to India), and that service would have taken 2-3days (the amount of our stay).…
A hidden gem in the heart of Athens! An old mansion renovated with lots of Love and Care creating modern spacious rooms, with high ceilings with lots of character, nice and romantic lighting, high windows with small special detail elements making your stay really cosy and homey. Comfortable bed and pillows, clean and spotless all over. It's unique breakfast service in ones room with an unbelievable selection choice from the night before makes its truly special and exciting. Regarding its location it's so close and central to everything, you name it, designer shops, coffee shops, restaurants and bars that one can be popping in and out in just a radius of 2 km on foot. Shop and drop back into your hotel room in just a few minutes. Don't miss it on your next visit!
We often have in Athens on the way back from Serifos. This time we discover this charming spot under Lycabettus. I love this neighborhood full of shops, trendy restaurants and marvelous maison. Monsieur Didot is one of these. We stayed in the’Ode’ room with a nice small terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast. The service was very good and the staff is really kind.
