In the heart of the Plaka district. Great location! Wonderful room, with Acropolis view/balcony. So many sites, shops and restaurants near by. Easy walk to the Acropolis and very near the Acropolis Museum. 5 minutes walk. There is no elevator, circular staircase, but manageable. Shared kitchen area with tea and coffee. Not serving treats due to Covid restrictions. Firm and comfortable bed. AC. Fresh towels, slippers, shampoos, soaps, shower gel- nice. The hotel arranged a clinic appointment for our PCR test for return to the USA, easy subway ride, took 1 hour there and back to hotel. *Clinic, very efficient with same day turn around. 50 euros each. Hotel, kind and very helpful hosts. Highly recommend!

Everyone at the Palladian Hotel seems helpful and friendly. However, when Covid canceled our 2020 reservation, Expedia issued us a coupon that had to be used by December, 2021. We booked a room for September, 2021. Our cruise date changed. Expedia will not help us to move the reservation, although they promised to do so. Expedias customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. The hotel wants to work with us but Expedia seems happy just to keep our money. From my vantage point as a retired Law Enforcement supervisor, Expedia is at the best uncaring of its customers and untruthful; at the worst, they are fraudsters.

A perfect destination in centre of Athens. The location was great and able to get everywhere we needed easily! Nice rooms and very clean as well! The reception desk was always very helpful to us! I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is extremely dated and in need of a refresh, and feels more like a student hostel or a place that backpackers would stay for a cheap evening. There are communal kitchens and the air conditioning is not great meaning that on hot days the room gets extremely warm. The cleanliness wasn't great either which is worrying. Furthermore, to access any of the rooms there are a lot of stairs on a spiral staircase without any air-conditioning - there are no lifts / elevators. The receptionist doesn't speak much English and was quite rude when we arrived. I wont be returning, I wouldn't suggest you take the risk either.

Whilst the property looks nice from the outside, unfortunately when you get inside everything changes - there is a strange musty smell and the floors are filthy. The entrance feels more like a Hostel than a hotel with an old desk and only one person working who couldn’t speak English - not the welcome we had hoped for! I hoped the room would be better however the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned - the receptionist did apologise and she came to clean the room herself. Throughout the night the bed felt itchy and the next morning we woke up with bites. Looks nice on the pictures but don’t be tricked. In need of a good renovation and clean - certainly not worth the risk particularly in these times where cleanliness is of upmost importance.
