We stayed in two rooms at Chameleon House and both were of a very high standard. Everything you needed had been thought of and the location is great for the town on your doorstep. Ginni was lovely and cooked us a great breakfast as well as providing recommendations for a really nice pub for dinner. Highly recommend - thank you.

this was an amazing find in the heart of a lovely village. two rooms booked one for myself and husband one for daughter and husband my daughter had family room this was extremeley spacious, (have had much smaller for week or two holiday) attic room for children. We had room opposite this had a super king size bed and the room was about 30' long with two sofas and table and chairs.all four of us were able to enjoy a bottle of wine sitting comfortably when we returned from the wedding each room had fridge and microwave. everything better than pictures on website. The whole place was spotlessly clean The host was very friendly. Breakfast was really good we had continental served with large dish of fresh fruit, yogurt and croissant's excellent, this was served in garden which had so many butterflies it was such a wonderfull end to the holiday. Thank you so much Ginni for making everything perfect

We stayed overnight at the b&b after attending a friend's wedding and we couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and friendlier stay! Arriving early, we were met by the lovely Ginni and allowed to check-in early to drop our bags off before being ferried by car by Peter (arranged beforehand) to the nearby church well in time for the service. To say we enjoyed our 'room' (really a suite) is an understatement - enormous, characterful, supremely comfy and homely, it had everything we needed for a splendid overnight stay including a wonderfully comfortable bed (high thread count linens), pristine bathroom, a spacious sitting area, and dining table for 2 next to the tall Georgian sash windows where we ate our delicious full english breakfast (brought to us in the morning by Peter). Thoughtful extras included a fridge stocked with orange juice & milk, plus tea, coffee, bottled water etc. - plus we were allowed to leave our car in their private car park after we checked out so we could explore the quaint village/town of Harleston at our leisure in the afternoon. Sending our thanks to Ginni & Peter for ticking all our boxes... and more!

I had a lovely two nights stay at Chameleon House. The room was very large with excellent facilities (including safe parking). Spotlessly clean and nice and bright. Large comfortable bed. I was made very welcome by the lovely owners, Ginni and Peter. Delicious, ample breakfast served in the attractive courtyard (weather permitting). A good base for exploring the Suffolk or Norfolk coast and The Broads.

We were provided with room 2001 which was a fantastically large room and perfect as a family room for us and our energetic 1 year old. An enormous comfy king size bed and travel cot for our little one. A high chair was provided which helped lighten the load of packing. They even provided a selection of toys. Our hosts cooked the most delicious breakfast and checked beforehand what our little one likes to eat. We really liked how there was plenty of provision in terms of milk and orange juice. Peter & Ginni are wonderful friendly people that we truly enjoyed meeting, they have an excellent B&B which you will not regret staying in. This really is a fantastic place to stay!
