From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and special especially by Ginny. I stayed in room 2000 with its kitchenette, comfy seating, breakfast bar, mezzanine with a double bed and separate dressing room. My friend stayed in 2014 with its quirky original features and beautiful bathroom. The courtyard offered a tranquil and beautiful spot for breakfast and drinks in the evening. We were bowled over by the attention to detail and thought that had been put in to the rooms and the service. On our four night break in Suffolk/Norfolk we were really happy to have two nights here. It was a fabulous place in a great location with the best hospitality. Thank you Ginny and co. Hopefully we will return one day.

It may be an odd thing to think, but safety has become a new consideration for travel. Fortunately Rooms at 3 Chameleon House provides exemplary safety measures and goes to great lengths to ensure guests have the measures and info they need to feel protected. Of course it also needs to be said that first and foremost this is a stunning guest accommodation that provides modern amenities in a wonderful Georgian building full of quirky original features. Truly a real gem of a place with a special feeling for weekends away. Thanks so much to Ginni and Peter for a relaxing and safe trip away from the concerns of the world. All the best, Matt and Lorraine.

A lovely B&B with a lovely friendly and informative hostess. Everything possible was done to make our stay enjoyable even in this 'new normal' . The breakfast was cooked perfect even our poached eggs every morning ,see pic, and the bacon and sausage were very tasty. Ginni we will be back maybe not this year but definitely in 2021 Highly recommended

I had not been away since lockdown and for my first trip away in months my husband I have just been for 2 nights to Chameleon House. I had already stayed there twice before in previous years and had been very impressed by this lovely B & B, its decor and cleanliness, the comfort of the bed and the welcome. On that basis we booked two nights and are so glad we did. I felt very reassured by all the additional arrangements made to make everything as safe as possible re Covid-19 and we were able to relax in the gorgeous room 2001. It is huge, with a table, a sofa and TV, en suite, a lovely bed, and a ceiling fan which was a great addition in this heatwave. The decor is lovely and Ginni was so helpful, suggesting places we could go to. We had a lovely day going to an exhibition at the air-conditioned Sainsbury's Art Centre at UEA, and exploring Harleston itself, where we put on our masks and bought some lovely lampshades from a gorgeous independent shop. Ginni's breakfasts are absolutely delicious and we could eat ours out in the courtyard. Ginni rang to tell me that I had left my coat and she is going to send it on. I can't think of a nicer and more helpful place to stay at this time!

We stayed in two rooms at Chameleon House and both were of a very high standard. Everything you needed had been thought of and the location is great for the town on your doorstep. Ginni was lovely and cooked us a great breakfast as well as providing recommendations for a really nice pub for dinner. Highly recommend - thank you.
