Do not bother unless you want the authentic prison experience. We ended up here as our booking at another place fell through and from the outside this looked ok but the room was awful, dreary decor, awful bathroom and rubbish shower. Staff do not interact, in fact the person on the front desk could not stay awake. It was horrible...

We took the Imperial Suite - it was a large room, comfortable king bed, good AC, bathroom was in need of maintenance but operational. Biggest issue was the dog at a neighboring property that barked all night. Staff was helpful when asked. Location right in town center was great, on-site restaurant okay. Wifi did not stretch to room, had to...

We road motorbikes from phnom penh and arrived at 5pm. Booked in quick, english was ok. Cheap hotel with standard hot water hand shower. $10 for fan / $15 for air-conditioning. TV Reception wasn't the best, but $15 what do you expect.

For 5 bucks a night how can you complain? They are small, basic rooms with no amenities and no hot showers but for that cheap it makes it real easy to visit Sen Monorom and the elephants. Real friendly staff, if you take the time to learn some Khmer it will take you much farther than just expecting everyone to...

Outdated room. The staff didnt speak English. We didnt had cleaning service, because we should have left our key at the reception, but nobody told us. When we asked for new sheets, they refused. We even had to grab our own toiletpaper from the reception. Furthermore, when we wanted to check out, there was nobody there, like in the entire...

This place has the potential to be great, it looks very grand from the outside! Inside, the rooms are ok, large but very dated. It's the bathrooms that are pretty horrible with a lot of damp and mould with disgusting smelling drains. We left our towels in the bathroom and the next day they stank of drains! Accommodation in Sen...

It was cleaner than the first hotel we looked at, although I still used my sleeping sheet. Still it was very cheap, quiet at night, and had friendlyish staff. They did our washing ok. It served its purpose. Handy location in town centre.

The location of the hotel is at the city center. Rooms (10$ without AC) are very simple, come with AC/fan, hot water but are not new and the overall condition is max a 5/10. The staff does its job but only when you ask them. Hotel has a big parking space. tl;dr cheap stay in city center when you expect...

I stayed here during my visit to a forest reserve in Mondulkiri Province. This hotel had nothing fancy, very basic, and very local. We can't expect much, but at least the room was clean with a hot shower - and it was very cheap. In this country side location, I would say the hotel was just fine and acceptable. The...

Getting exact info. on the hotel was impossible without visiting it. It seems a good, superior place from the street, but the rooms were pokey, claustrophoeblc. No room comes with a fridge. It's a gloomier version of the Green House G.H. If you want quality go for Mondolkiri Hotel or, even better, Pich Kiri G.H
