I stayed 5 days in a "deluxe room" with breakfast included in a pre-paid special rate. The room was quite large for a European Hotel and overlooked Plcae Rogier. It is across the street from the City 2 Shopping Center and the a street loaded with interesting shops and eateries. The Hotel is a 10 minute walk to the Grande...

This Hilton is in a convenient location. Fitness center was quite enjoyable to visit. The breakfast was included and the breakfast restaurant had a broad selection of foods. The hotel has no parking, but Rogier underground parking is right next to the hotel (30 second walk), and it was reasonably priced. The bedding is of the usual good Hilton quality....

My reservation was mixed up with another guest's. As a result I was checked out halfway into my stay against my knowledge while attending the expert meeting I was in town for. My room was cleared and my unpacked luggage put on the floor in the reception. I did not receive any mail or call about the situation and when...

The room was extremely small.. avoid the corner rooms and opt for a room close to the elevator. Bfast was extremely basic..eggs, fruits n oats .. the coffee staff couldn't understand basic English.. took some time to convey my order for a sunny side up !

We stayed at this Hilton while on a tour of the city and surrounding areas. The hotel is definitely centrally located and has a very good breakfast area and food. The bedrooms and comfort are adequate and the staff is very helpful. However, this hotel is not for people with any disabilities as there are stairs everywhere, even to the...

I tried this hotel as a change from my other regular places I use when in Brussels on business. Its Okay, well located and staff are good . Rooms well appointed and clean and well decorated. Negatives - a flight of stairs to get to the lifts. showers over narrow baths with side mounted taps/ controls make for little space...

You can't beat the location, walking distance to the old town in the Grand Pl., Plaza. If you stay here there is no need for you to use a taxi as everything is in within walking distance. The hotel is well-maintained the staff is very friendly in the room that I had was very clean, the bed very comfortable.

This hotel was sadly a bit disappointing. The location was really good and the reception etc looked nice. However, it just wasn't very well run - it looked corporate and business like ie no individual charm but it just did not work very well. My room was cold and it it took several requests to get an extra heater put in...
