We've spent a lovely weekend in this hotel. Super location, very close to city historical and shopping center, unique and beautiful interior, room was super comfortable and stylish. Would definitely love to come back again!
The hotel is very nicely located close to everything, recently refurbished it is really a place to be if you stay in Brussels. The breakfast is fantastic lot of choice and next to the regular English an French a lot of specialty are available, really amazing. I recommend this hotel if you have to stay in Brussels city this is the place to be.
We had the pleasure to still have the possibility celebrating a marriage with all the COVID-measurements. Luckily we were still able to have this, with the necessary restrictions. We were so happy with the area - Garden Kitchen - that was so refreshing and differently that other hotels/places. I would really like to thank Momo that gave me and my family a great time and they really did care about me and my son his marriage. I would like to thank the hotel from the bottom of my heart, inshallah. Mustapha
I have spend one night here during a business trip. The hotel is really nice, the room is large and has a nice and large bed and a huge flat TV. The Gym is one of the bests I have seen in any hotel, equipped with lots of machines and very new equipment. The sauna area is also completely new and wonderful.
I stayed one night here making a stop over between Amsterdam and Paris. I was looking for a hotel near Gare du Nord and this hotel and the adjacent Crowne Plaza was the choice I had. Upon check in I was really disappointed that at 2:45pm a room was not available to check in an IHG Spire Elite. This was a disappointing first impression. I had indicated an early arrival. I was given a voucher for a welcome drink which I took in their trendy cafe bar. Eventually the room was available, a corner room. The design wasn’t as I had expected and the bathroom so small you couldn’t swing a cat. In the evening I asked if there was a local shop or night shop but staff couldn’t direct me. Upon check out I enquired about the charge on my card. I’d made a redemption stay with IHG rewards and the staff member then decided to give me incorrect information about the programme saying that I must have used a mixture of points and cash. I then explained how their loyalty programme works and the charge was promptly refunded but it took forever and had to be done in different stages due to city taxes. An absolute mess. Despite the design of the Indigo I’d probably try the Crowne Plaza next time... …
