We hiked the Camino in 2015 and returned back to Porto for 3 days before flying home. This place was recommended to us from the tourist info near the cathedral. The staff was really nice to us. Our room had 2 beds, bathroom with sink and shower only. Shared other bathroom. They did keep the bathroom clean so that was... More

The location is perfect. The building is well insulated so closing windows and turning on fan worked perfectly to block out the outside noise, which was present due to central location. The staff was great. My only complaint was some mold on the curtains, wall near curtains and shower curtain. Internet was a little moody, but overall pretty good in... More

We stayed here one night as we wanted somewhere to stay near the station. Our room was fine with a good shower. The hotel is also near by some excellent bars and restaurants and has internet access available.

Not really interesting, the normal rooms are really tiny, the staff is not really welcoming and lacks of comprehension and sympathy. That's a shame, because the attitude of the Hotel team was more and less is all we remember of this place. Very good location, Hotel opened 24/7 though.

I visited the place in May and loved the place. It is very well located. I got an apartment with plenty of space. I definitely recommend the place. I will go back if I visit Porto again. Rooms for the apartment were quite big. Windows cut any noise from outside.

Stayed one night here in Porto. Booked on airbnb on the same day and got an amazing deal for a 1 bedroom apartment. Lovely building, fully equipped. Double bedroom, living room with fold down bed. Right in the centre of Porto. Windows are well insulated so it was very quiet at night. There are a few good cafes directly below... More

My wife and I are very pleased with this guest house. We took a double room with a private bathroom and balcony. It is up 4 flights of stairs to get to our room, but that is not an issue. (They do have rooms on lower floors) The staff are very helpful and friendly. The first day we arrived, the... More

CONTEXT I stayed at Duas Nacoes in early July 2012 for three nights. My purpose was to do tourism in Oporto. PROS - It is just off the centre of Oporto. - It is located near a good, broad range of restaurants both cheap, moderate and expensive, and the hotspot bars. - There is a cashpoint just next door. -...
