Very handy location to the Bolhao metro station, and surrounding area. We walked everywhere from here. Hotel is VERY dated. Beds uncomfortable, pillow was hard and not usable. Our room smelt like smoke even though they are non smoking. Room was clean and serviced to a satisfactory level. Despite being a busy area, with windows closed we didnt notice the noise.

Spent 2 nights at this hotel recently. It is a cheerless place that is in dire need of some TLC. Room was very basic, beds were hard and pillows the worst I think I have ever slept on. Breakfast was adequate. However the breakfast room was dull and uninviting. There is no restaurant. Male staff member who checked us in was pleasant and helpful. Very close to a Metro station and quite well situated. On a very busy, noisy corner, Someone please save this hotel!

We stayed in this hotel just for one night. It is located near a Metro station called Bolhao (3mins walking), which is directly connected to the airport. The hotel is clean but for me it has nothing in particular. Good wifi connection & there is the possibility to leave your luggages after check out. There are lot’s restuarants & also a shopping street near this hotel. Overall it’s still a nice choice if your staying in Porto for a few days!

PORTO is a clean vibrant city with the locals ready to help when asked. Everywhere we felt safe. Lots to do and see. During our stay, 30 December to 6 January, we had perfect weather, blue sky and sunny. We also visited Fatima, Braga, Guimaraes, Aveiro. The local eating specialities are good and do not cost much, but to accommodate for the international tourist market a bigger choice would help. The service given by the staff was always excellent. It is also worth noting that on the 31st December when we went back to our room we found a bottle of sparkling wine and 2 pao de..... Thank you! A little more variety in the breakfast items is recommended

The location is very good, being a short walk from Bolhao metro station. Several lines serve this station reaching all the way to the airport and the main Campanha railway station. The area around has shops, restaurants and cafes, making this a convenient place to stay. Check-in was efficient. The room was clean on arrival and more spacious than I expected. There was character in its style. The bed was comfortable though it did seem a little narrow for 2 persons (see my photo below). There were 2 power points for charging equipment, wifi was good. Heating (from airconditioner) was satisfactory though somewhat unevenly distributed. Lighting was somewhat dim. There was a small desk, but no table lamp. No kettle, no fridge. No electronic safe. No drinking water supplied. The bathroom looked quite depressing, even though the fixtures were in good working order. The tiles were stained in places. Water pressure was good, hot water came through quickly and drainage was good. Like in many old European hotels, the bathroom had a bidet. Breakfast was a buffet like in most European hotels of this price bracket: breads, some ham, cheese, fruit, yogurt, jams, cakes.
