Location was excellent and close to lots of good shopping and restaurants. Reception was extremely welcoming and friendly. Also very helpful. Room was small but extremely clean and had everything we needed. Good quality linen, air conditioning, free wifi, opening windows, tea and coffee facilities, comfortable bed and good shower. We stayed on the second floor and it was very...

Good location downtown on a nice square around 10 minutes walk from the station. Old hotel that had its prime time some time ago. Good and efficient check in staff. Impossible small elevator. Only room for one person and bags. OK room but could really do with a refurbishment. Bed not very comfortable. Very small bathroom with tiny shower stall....

Despite the fact that I paid for a double bed, the young woman at the front desk put me in a small room with a single bed. I returned to the desk to show her proof, to which she responded I was a single person who paid for a single bed. That was absolutely untrue. Finally she put me in...

Too old, terrible lifts, clean but really old (conservation of rooms, bathroom). Small and weak bed. Small TV. Reasonable breakfast, not easy access by car. Far parking area. Good reception, attention. Too noisy.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Right by Santa Catarina street (where Café Majestic is located), charming street full of stores and coffee shops. The rooms and bathrooms were renovated. Very close to public transportation.

We stayed at this property for 2 nights last week to get an idea of Porto and also do a Douro valley trip. The hotel is well located just behind the São Bento Train Station and on top of a steep hill. The property seems rather jaded including the bathroom fixtures and the Aircon system in the rooms and has...

The room was good, cleaning everyday, friendly staff and good breakfast. The location also good, central, close to everything. Across the hotel is a square where homeless people hang out, but also young locals with skateboards, great to watch, it feels safe.

The Hotel has a very nice location. In the front you can take buses, for all the Oporto City. Have very nice restaurant around, and you can walk to the center attraction, very safety. Is clean and quiet, the breakfast is not too much, but you can have a nice journey in Oporto staying there.
