We would like to recommend this hotel for your stays, we really liked the way we have been received, very warmfull, the staff is very proactive, professional, and kind. The check-in is efficient and fast, they made us confortable, and gave the informations needed. A special Big Thanks for the Restaurant's Staff. They gave us very usefull tips while we were enjoying the view, having a good breakfast. The Manager helped us a lot, reporting to the reception, in order to make our stay even better. At night, the Staff gave us more tips to enjoy the city and visit the Porto's cellars. We really liked the way they are welcoming people, in a easy and warmfull service. We will be back for sure in February, for another unforgettable stay.

We stayed at this hotel for our engagement trip and to put it simply, it was just fantastic. It was our second time staying at this hotel but all staff were extremely helpful and informative as always. We loved breakfast at the 19th floor with amazing view of Porto and omelette was superb. We also had dinner at the restaurant Auge in the hotel where my boyfriend proposed to me. It was one of the best course dinner I've ever had in my life. From appetiser to dessert, I have nothing to complain, it was absolutely perfect. The wine sommelier (I cannot remember her name sorry!) was very knowledgable and recommended the best white wine! We'd also recommend spa and massage, it was too good and both of us fell asleep! I would like to say massive thank you for Ines, Andre and all staff at Porto Palacio Hotel for making our engagement trip special and memorable despite difficult time and we will definitely come back in a near future!…

Honestly, just amazing. Super clean all around; we never felt unsafe at any point. Food and bar/restaurant services were excellent. Spa treatments were wonderful. Both room and hotel overall were luxurious, spacious and comfortable. The entire hotel staff was very friendly, welcoming, and just absolute stars! Could not thing of any reason not to give 5 stars!
