Its not a fancy Hotel, its a residential. What could you expect? Its a fair place to sleep. Small bathroom and rooms, but clean, central and with friendly staff. If you want to save some Money, its a great place.

Located just beside the clerico's tower it's very central. I was swayed by the location and price but I regretted it. As others have already noted, there is a bad smell coming from the drains in all the bathrooms despite the many air fresheners. The rooms are very small. The street is extremely noisy, morning and night, and the windows... More

Door seems like a curtain, same the windows, noise from everywhere. Mattress and pillows are bad too. At lest, staff trying to be nice but you can feel they had some miserable experiences.... Taxi let me so far away from there, walking street and never heard about.

The hotel itself is very small and basic, resonably clean but I think it is too expensive for its category; the room was small but nice on a quiet street, shared bathroom ok, wi fi signal weak, you can use the kitchen but there is only the microwave to cook. Staff is nice, and the location is very central, near... More

I booked a double room with private bathroom but they give us one with shared bathroom. However the location is perfect very close to torre dos clerigos and san bento train station, and the room was clean.

This place is perfect for people on a budget. It's definitely not a fancy place but is great if you're looking for a no-frills and cheap place to stay in while you explore Porto. The location is also superb.

* We're backpackers, and only interested in cheap accomodation. Can totally recommend this place. In the first place because of its location (look at Google Maps). Around the corner from the Clérigos church/bell tower, close to the Photography museum + the Livraria Lello & Irmão bookshop, and quite some more attractive churches. Perfectly located between the railway station and the... More

Quite a basic hotel, glad we got a taxi from airport as it would've been hard to find a first. Up a flight of stairs to the small reception, then we had another 2 flights up to our room. Room was very small, just a (very hard) bed, a tiny built in wardrobe and a small shelf. Bathroom was ok,... More

The price was too high for the stay. Realy small rooms it´s very difficult to walk arount and my partner injured a leg because of sharp corner of the bed. Everything was in need of repair. The location is perfect, but it was noisy sometimes at night also the walls are very thin so you can hear neighbours.

Central position, just under the Torre dos Clerigos. Cramped but somewhat elegantly decorated reception with no room to sit. Clean single room, but very small. Bathroom just outside, not very clean, wouldn't shower in it. Half of the staff is rude (the young girl), the other half (older man & lady) is very kind but too lazy to help. I... More
