This guest house is a fair walk up steep hills from the metro/railway station. The week I was there the weather was awful. The central heating was non existent, the windows had holes in the corners you could put your finger through, the draught was freezing. The staff were very pleasant but could not do anything about the cold. Cannot...

The cleaning in general could be better. It’s an old building, we stayed in the studio (garageand it was a bit humid and not very warm. If you don’t like lights in the morning don’t forget to cover the window above the 2 beds. The staff are very helpfull. Linen and towels are clean. If you have a car all...

If I had read the reviews on this site before booking I would never have booked this hotel. The staff were lovely but the guest house was seedy and living in some sort of past glory. Electrics dodgy, nowhere to hang clothes, hairs on the floor and in the bathroom, skirting boards rotten. What really concerned me was the lack...

Room was large and clean, bed comfortable, fridge and small kitchenette. Staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Breakfast was basic but more then enough. Atmosphere had an Indian flair and was cosy. Here is the but.... There is a disco just up from the guest house and from our room we were disturbed several times a night with the noise....

I was a bit concerned, having read several reviews but having stayed in riads, in Marrakech, I knew what to expect and was not surprised. Its everything the brochure said it was. My room was clean and spacious and the bed made daily. I had a private bathroom separated by a few steps and a key for sole use.One small...

Before I start, let me first say that I've been travelling for 2 months and have stayed in over 15 places in 3 countries. This is so you know that I do have some experience in rating a guesthouse. We were first very happy that the bus let us off right in front of the building than a young man...

A Very cool a laid back guest house to stay, very nice people. Very clean and cosy. Breakfast is basic but enough and we have a very nice pateo to aet it in! The location is also very good, quite near to the town center. And fairly close to the subway station of Marques.

I was there with my boyfriend in July, very shortly and we would not come back there again. Not even for one night. Main reason is due to lack of cleanliness. Not only that on the bedsheets were hair, it was on the floor and the bathroom too. Not to mention dust. The cover on the bed looked also dirty and...
