A fantastic hotel for a long weekend in Porto, good location, excellent room with all the facilities you need and want and superb breakfast with buffet bar, hot and cold, fruit, cakes, cold meat and cheese. Plenty to see and do in Porto as well as sample the port.

This hotel is a good base to enjoy a visit to Porto. Clean and tidy hotel with cheerful staff. More a smart boutique B & B with snacks in the bar than a full blown hotel. Excellent breakfast and snacks in the bar quite sufficient if you had partaken of lunch in one of Porto's many excellent restaurants. Nine floors...

We stayed at this hotel last week and I agree with the majority of the reviews. Nice location in the Trindade area of Porto, almost directly across the road from the Metro and within walking distance of the main tourist sites and shopping areas. The room at Porto Trindade is small but not tiny, nice to have tea/coffee making facilities...

Firstly, a few minutes walk from Trindade metro station, although you need to look out for it up the hill to your right as you come out the station entrance. Very plain brown modern building, not that noticeable. Inside all was nice and modern and clean. Reception staff were excellent, including giving suggestions for local restaurants (both of which we...

The hotel is very easy to access via Metro from the airport. It is directly across from the Trindade stop. Be sure to cross the street as exit the Metro and walk up the hill. The sign is virtually non-existent but will be on your left. The rooms are simple and comfortable. The hotel was very central to the rest...

Had a 3 night stay here at start of Portugal holiday. Caught metro from the airport (quite a long wait) and big metro station is very close to hotel. Was surprised how well located the hotel was, just to the north of the main centre, easy walking distance to most places. Bar available, free port wine drink on arrival, no...

I am struggling to reconcile the positive comments from other reviewers with our experience. I try to always find the positives when reviewing but really struggle with this hotel. Our feeling of disappointment started the second we spotted our hotel in the distance. This was due to it location, amidst a row of disused shops with graffiti everywhere. Please do...

This is a very nice hotel which we stayed in for four nights, it's clean with nice bedrooms and public rooms, breakfast is good buffet style. The location next to Trindade metro station is very useful and makes getting about very easy indeed, also the train station is another 200 mtrs further down the hill. We would stay again.

This hotels offers great accommodation at a great price. The hotel is well located, not only for the metro but for other attractions around the city. Our room was a good size with a fridge, English channels on the TV and the use of a free safe in the room. Although we were at the front of the hotel, the...

Had a lovely three day stay here in Porto. Excellently placed for touring the city by using the nearby metro which was cheap and easy to use. Efficient and friendly staff. No restaurant but good bar snacks, drinks very reasonably priced for a hotel. Room lovely, fresh, clean (towels changed daily). We did have a problem with our shower which...
