Great spacious rooms. Very helpful staff. Excellent food at dinner and breakfast. May hear noise from adjacent rooms. A bit outside the center but metro within walking distance. Not sure about price as my room was paid by easyjet following a flight cancellation.

The Hotel is on the outskirts of Porto, so benefits from the quiet location. The Room was clean and tidy, WiFi worked satisfactorily. Did have a minor problem returning to room one day as electronic door key failed to work. This due to rundown battery in Door Lock. It was attended to right away, and had no further problems. From a security point of view, there is nothing on the credit card sized key, so if you did lose it, it is not possible to work out which hotel, or room it is for.. Good point. Breakfast and evening meals were buffet style so was able to mix and match selection . Plenty of Fruit and pastries (However not good for waistline) Getting into Porto in the evening was pretty easy. 15 Min walk to the Yellow Metro Line at Hospital Sao Joao. Centre of town at Sao Bento station is in Zone 2, so need to purchase a electronic card (60 Cents) and the load on the number of trips you expect to make (1.20 Euro per trip) so as a one off costs 3 Euro return. Automated ticket machines are at the station. Need to validate the ticket before each trip, the you have 1 Hour.

It's a pretty average biz hotel with all the things you need but the food was well below par and because the hotel is in a residential area well out of Porto there was little if any choice of eateries nearby. We travelled with Saga on this occasion (our first time) and they would do well to pay that bit extra for a hotel nearer the city rather than bus us to the outback. Not all of us like to eat in hotels

My overall opinion is that the hotel is pretty good. The 9-floor building is located at the outskirts of Porto in a very silent area. It takes about 30-40 min to get to the city centre on the subway. It takes about 20 mins to get to the airport by taxi. The hotel offers the small spa to its guests as well as the restaurant, working until very late hours, parking and other typical facilities. The breakfast is rich. In particular, I`d like to highlight the kindness, hospitality and professionalism of the team, especially at the reception desk. I really grateful for the possibility of the late check-out provided - it was highly valuable for us, a lot of thanks again. It is a business hotel, indeed. So, I really recommend it for business people who visit Porto and even for small or medium corporate events. I also would like to stress that the hotel offers such a very rare opportunity as a double-room suite (family room). It must be highly appreciated by the families with children. However, there are some shortcomings I faced with. 1. Wifi doesn`t work well in the restaurant, rather bad. In the room, WiFi worked well but not better than and was not stable. 2. Some meals offered for the breakfast definitely were not fresh. 3. It should be taken into account that the way to the subway station is not less than 1 km, takes about 15 min and partially goes up the hill. 4. I can`t recommend the restaurant for dinner, but there are no other good options in the whole area, so try to eat in the centre of the city.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my family. The breakfast was really impressive with lots of selections. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms with pull out couch in second room was fine with large balcony. Spa is great, but charges are unreasonable since it does not belong to the hotel, so they have a captive audience. Hallways in the hotel are too dark.
