As far as I know there is a train from Porto Campanha to Braga till 22.50, and the next train is at 01.20 in the night. Considering that it takes 40 minutes from Airport to Porto Campanha, you might only make it to the 01.20 train (takes an hour).
It is convenient to take the train as the hotel is next to the train station, however there might be buses around midnight directly departing from the airport to Braga. And in your case, that would make more sense.
