We stayed at Residencial Zarco during three days in November. It is a simple place, but it quite honest. We didn’t taka the breakfast because we rather eat something on street. I recommend this place whether you’re intending to discover Funchal and walk around. The Zarco is…
It was nice, good place, close to the center, good price, Wi-fi, the only thing I didn’t like it, was the lady in the recepción, I think she doesn’t like to take the keys from the guest,if you don’t want to open the door, take the keys and that kind of things, don’t work there,…

"In a quiet area but walls are very thin"
"My window faced the inner courtyard that was also covered. Request an outdoor window if it is important."
"stay away if you can but the best are the front"
"Avoid rooms opening on to the noisy courtyard, or at the front of the hotel above the neighbouring bar. Ask to see the room first and, if sleep quality matters to you, ensure it is not in these two areas."
