Room was big enough for two persons and all the stuff needed for one weeks vacation. Wardrobe had enough coat hangers and there was a safe too. There was also a microwave oven, a kitchen stove (didn't need them but it is always good to have options) and a fridge to keep water and other neccessary fluids cool. Staff is...

This was my third stay in the hotel which probably says it all, the hotel offers good value for money as well as its central location. I contacted the hotel before my stay to ask for an upper floor room due to the views and on my arrival was allocated a top floor room. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel...

This was our fourth visit. We always stay here in Madeira. We love the location with its seaview, and it’s opposite the Forum shopping centre with its supermarket. The car park is essential for us. Staff were always helpful and friendly. We had a problem with our hire car, not booked through the hotel, and they were very kind and...

Stayed in 7th floor with sea view. Basic, clean rooms with kitchenette, sofa, rest chair, tv and small dinner table. Quiet to sleep. Beds are hard if you are used to soft matress. Cleaning is good. Wifi and air conditioning works very fine! Remember that the sea makes big noise when you keep balcony door open. The pool area looks...

Stayed in Duas Torre during my round trip through Madeira for EUR 60 a night for a large room with seaview. The staff was super friendly and they even brought me the beer to the Jacuzzi. Room was large and clean, had a good standard and Internet was fast. Definitely one of the better four star hotel in Funchal.

This hotel has just had a makeover which has really made a difference. The rooms are very spacious and bright. It's worth paying the 10€ a night upgrade for the full sea view as they are south facing and get the sun all day. My only criticism is the rooms don't have a toaster, we are coming back in January...

I booked this hotel on a lark, and I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel is neatly situated near the Madeira Forum, restaurants, and the beach. It is easy to take the bus or catch a taxi over to Funchal proper. The rooms here are spacious and very clean. I was lucky enough to get a west facing room on the...

We stayed in August. It was acceptable for the price. We booked bed & breakfast and wish we hadn't bothered. Very basic offering and the staff were borderline depressed. The hotel seemed very lacking in atmosphere altogether. The pool "looks" good but is actually so full of chlorine, it is cloudy. No real gardens to sit in, just the concrete terrace....
