We enjoyed our stay in this cute accomodation in the heart oft the beautiful little city Obidos. The staff was very friendly, obliging and flexibel. Our bed was cosy and comfortable, the breakfast offered a small selection of everything you need. Especially there was good coffee and a fresh fruit salat. We enjoyed the hospitality.

Spotlessly clean, fantastic location, charming antiques and wonderful hostesses make this a great place to stay. Combine this very reasonable prices and a decent included breakfast and I would highly recommend it. The only downside is the beds are quite hard - for those who like very firm mattresses that isn't a problem - so while less of a complaint...

This is an ancient beautiful house decorated and furnished tastefully. Our room was rather large for a European standards with a four- posted bed and romantic view from both windows on a medieval village. The house is inside the castle walls just off the north gate. We were given a special free pass for the privilage of parking our car...

At the very top of the village, right next to the castle. Don't be fooled by the small entry. This entire property is much larger than it appears. It is filled with antiques and decorated beautifully. Everything about this small boutique hotel is about as perfect as it can get. The owner, Charles, and front desk staff, Elaina, were even...

A beautiful traditional house which offers excellent value accommodation. The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean and breakfast was delightful. Choice location in the town near the castle also facilitated easy exploring.

We enjoyed our stay in this picturesque and charming small hotel, well located in the centre of the town opposite the entrance to the castle. After entering through the bougainvillea-covered front porch, you wind your way through a delightful maze of corridors and seating areas to get to the rooms. Although not air conditioned, the rooms are comfortable and pleasant,...

We so enjoyed staying at this delightful hotel. Our room was well appointed and the breakfast was amazing! The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to enjoy sitting on the patio in the afternoon, taking in the beautiful gardens and scenery.

Booked because of a good review in the Rough Guide. A good bed but everything else sub-standard. A small cramped expensive room; the internet connection not working; a mean breakfast served in a crowded room. One to avoid despite the lovely entrance.
