This place is not bad, but it needs a couple of "upgrades". The location is great, and allows you to stay inside the "castle", the price considering the location is fair...but, to be honest since we travelled in the winter the heaters were finne in the rooms but the rest of the areas were not confortable. The rooms (TV, beds,...

Unplanned night in Obidos, last minute find! Charming guest house with friendly stuff. Totally represents the spirit of Obidos, in a well maintain over 200 years old house, room are spacious and bright with a lovely view of town. Very clean, one detail that attracted my attention was the bedding .....hand embroidered, never seen before in an hotel! Great location!!!

Picturesque lodging at the castle end of town. Every time we stepped out, tourists were taking pictures of the entrance. Full of old furniture, decorations and Portuguese knick knacks. Surprisingly quiet given its location. You’ll have to schlep your luggage over cobbled, sometimes hilly, narrow lanes, so pack light and small. I don’t think you can drive to it easily....

I believe they should spend more money buyin new mattress. It'd a terrible night sleep. Also people were arriving at 1:30 in the morning waking us up. Breakfast very poor, bread should be toasted n there was no taster. Don't recommend at all. Very charming but not comfortable

Located just next to the castle, where the medieval fair was held, we had a great time, our room was beautiful. The staff very friendly, breakfast was very good as well. Obidos is a beautiful little town that had to be visited for its old architecture and how well it's maintained. Because of the fair we had to park outside...

This B&B is the best in Obidos. Fabulous furnishings and accommodations but the best thing are the people who take care of you. Carlos made us feel like family. It's in the middle of the historic center of Obidos and the staff knows everyone and is more that willing to help you with dinner arrangements and recommendations. It's our second...

Very pittoresque hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We could store our bikes at their terrace without problem. Nice, clean room but since the building is made by stone and the night was a bit foggy, the air had a very high humidity, almost cold.

The staff at this place were lovely and as helpful as you could want. Room was quaint and clean. Our only complaint is that the whole place is very full of knick-knacks/bric a brac/dried flowers/doodads.etc...a little bit of a cluttered, stuffy, old feeling with a musty smell. It could be so lovely if they removed some of the junk. I...

Obidos is a charmer, a tiny, touristy village that served as an oasis after the big-city bustle of Lisbon. And Casa de Sao Tiago do Castelo is a gem, tucked inside the city walls directly below a castle-turned-pousado. From outside, the hotel resembles a country inn, set at an angle with a charming little gate. Inside, there are fascinating public...

A charming little place near the castle. We had a large room with big en-suite at the end of the house so walked through common areas with lots of lovely old pieces to view and appreciate! Breakfast was in a cosy room - set out for each table, but more than sufficient. Alice, the manager, was very helpful, as was...
