We absolutely loved this hotel which was safe, clean located in the area close to everything we wanted to visit. Staff was amazing at all shifts! Specially the midnight guy he negotiated our taxi and took care of us. The only place I would return to.

This hotel was incredible! The location is amazing! Walking distance from almost every location and close to public transportation stops, which is very easy to navigate. Staff here was very helpful and gave recommendations for food and tours! Rooms were very clean and housekeeping was incredible. Room was small so you have to be creative and stay tidy but for short stays that probably won't be a factor. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Lisbon!

Whilst the staff were good and the restaurant was fine the bedroom was nothing like the photos. There was hardly any room to walk around the bed, no room for a chair and the kettle was on a small shelf – a definite safety hazard. To plug it in to the socket we had to put the kettle on the floor – very unsafe. There was no wardrobe – only a few shelves which were too high to reach for anyone less than 6’ tall. It was the worse bedroom I have encountered. Don’t believe the photos, they are nothing like the room we had.

Our Room (501) was beautiful and spacious. It is the only room on the 5th floor. It has 3 separate sleeping rooms. (Perfect for families) The bathroom is large and included robes & slippers. (The towels are also large and fluffy.) There's also a small (limited) minibar in the room. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of water as a welcome amenity. (In case you are wondering, Yes there is air conditioning in the room.) **We HIGHLY Recommend booking Suite 501!** The hotel location was perfectly centralized to almost everything. Restaurants, bars and many options are just around every corner or across the street. (From the end of the block you have a perfect view of the Elevador de Santa Justa just 5 small blocks away.) The staff was so pleasant and helpful. The entire hotel was clean and absolutly beautiful. In case you get hungry and don't want to leave the hotel, there's a restaurant downstairs connected to the lobby. Only warnings...The hotel elevator only goes to the 4th floor, so you have to carry your suitcases to the 5th floor if yiu book 501. It's worth it! While room 501 has numerous windows that let in lots of natural light, there's no real stunning view from the room. (There's so much to do, who is going to spend the day staring out a window? Get out and have fun!)

Great location, lovely and central. Short walk to shops and main attractions. Very friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast also very nice, plenty of choice. Small but clean rooms, beds comfy. Quiet at night despite being central. Would recommend :)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Do try the delicious tapas boards. They serve a very good breakfast too. The rooms were very small but well set out and spotlessly clean. Some friends would have liked more hanging space. The beds were very comfortable.

From the first moment we arrived at the hotel we were made to feel extremely welcome, nothing was too much trouble for them. The location was great, near to shops and restaurants but in a quiet street so very peaceful. The rooms were very clean and the air conditioning great and very quiet. The shower was strong and hot water plentiful. There was a huge choice at the breakfast buffet which was replenished frequently. We had a couple of meals there which were delicious and well presented. The waiters were friendly and attentive. A taxi was organised for our return trip to the airport which was of a much superior standard to the one we had arrived in and cheaper. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

My friends and I stayed here for several nights. It is very well located, walking distance to the main area of this section of Lisbon, as well as to the Arch of Triumph and the waterfront. The rooms are very comfortable with windows that open and nice-sized bathrooms. We especially liked the restaurant, which had good food, nice drinks and very friendly and helpful staff. If we go back to Lisbon, we will definitely stay here again.

The staff at this hotel is not acceptable at all, only unfriendly, that’s it. The corridors are smelly, rooms do not have a view at all, are small. You can see the neighbors wall out of your room window. The neighborhood is dark as well and not as nice

Well-placed for all typical tourist activities, many within easy walking distance. Special mention for Claudio at the reception, who gave us extensive and spot-on advice for our trip to Sintra. Good breakfast.
