Stayed here 1 night while i was in transit to other country this is a nice clean hostel staff and residents at the time were polite. It is local to most things in lisbon and a 15 min drive from the airport. Will recommend this hostel to travellers

Due to covid I decided to book a private room. Room itself was ok, but was located on the 3rd floor (6 stairs up) and no easy way to get my suitcase up. Quite a lot of noise, especially from the students living there and the traffic. Especially during the situation that we're in, I expected bathroom facilities to be up to standard. Unfortunately there was no toilet paper, no soap and no paper towels on my floor. Water tap was loose and the button to flush to toilet was not there. I also got told that there wasn't any breakfast (but only after enquiring myself). Room was very bare; no trash can, no night light. Bed was ok. Location of the hostel was ok. Receptionist was kind.

We had a paid reservation 2 persons, 2 night. We could not come due to corona situation. For over a week we spoke with them and we could not solve or find any solution. Considering the world world situation and the situation from both our countries, I am sure we could have found a solution. But nothing. Very inflexible. We had a week of vacation in Portugal. 4 places. This is the only one we could not reason with Shame. I consider it a theft.

I absolutely loved staying at this hostel! The receptionists were lovely and super friendly, the breakfast and the event dinners were delicious, and everything was super clean. I met a lot of other travellers thanks to the event dinners and we all ended up going out and had a great time. My room was so cosy and the bathrooms always clean. I will definitely come back here next time I visit Lisbon
