The room was never properly cleaned. I couldn't get any ventilation in the room as the door to the outside couldn't open. I reported the door on three occasions but it seems that no action was taken as the door remained jammed. On the last day of my stay I was given the option of changing the room! For the... More

This hotel is underperforming like you almost never see anywhere else. I had to change room because the bathroom wasn't cleaned. Very disgusting experience. The elevators didn't work so I waited minutes to get the lift. The stairs I could not find. There were no signs showing the way. The breakfast room was extremely noisy and the buffet to small.... While the location is great and the lobby is beautiful, the most important part are the rooms. The rooms are not well kept: scratches on the floors, mold on the tiles in the bathroom, close door that can't be closed etc.

We spent three great nights at this modern hotel which is located very near to Vasco da Gama Shopping Centre and other great entertainment venues by the river. The buffet breakfast and dinner were great. The room was cosy and very large and all areas very clean. We stayed on the 13th floor and had a marvelous view of the... More

Staying in Parque das Nacoes

Neighborhood Profile
Parque das Nacoes
This neighborhood was built up at the end of the 1990s mostly because of the Expo '98. The pavilions and structures that once were the home of all the Expo's attractions and exhibits are still culturally and artistically significant. In Parque das Nações you'll explore conference and concert pavilions, a shopping center, trendy restaurants and an enjoyable cable car ride you can't miss out on. On top of this, the amazing Lisbon Oceanarium (one of the most spectacular things you'll ever see in the city) will take your breath away: its respect and will to preserve natural wildlife is uncanny. Easily accessible by metro, bus or taxi from the city center, Parque das Nações is highly recommended for anyone who'll spend more than 3 days in the Portuguese capital.
