The bad things and only reason I marked down! I have never stayed in a hotel that doesn't have tea/coffee facilities ! Which was a nightmare for us, plus rubbish quality towels (only changed once in our 3 days stay). Other than the above (which ruined my stay as was needed, especially for the morning of the triathlon) the hotel...

I've often stayed in Ibis properties in France and Germany. The Parque das Nacoes is one of the best. Others have commented on room size. I'm in Room 314, which is probably a third larger than similar Ibis rooms I've occupied. In fact, the only Ibis I know that has larger rooms than this is the Ibis Montpellier Comedie. Anyhow,...

I stayed here for 3 nights for a business trip. Hotel is well located for the Oriente train station and the Shopping at Vasco de Gama. The rooms are very basic, but at least they are clean and tidy. I would stay here again if the need arose.

positive: At the time being there the hotel had clean rooms featuring new comfortable beds. The wifi was working fast and the staff at the desk was friendly and able to help me with questions regarding the city. Close to the airport negative: Hard to find without gps-navigation (position on free-city-maps is marked wrong). Rooms could be slightly bigger, because you...

The Hotel is small, but has everything you need, it's accessible and easy to find. The location (5 min walk from trains, tube, and busses) gives you all the amenities you need, with the big parque das nacoes just 3 minutes walking, and loads of restaurants, cinemas, and shopping centre nearby. The hotel itself serves a good and tasteful breakfast,...

The rooms are quite small but has everything required. Windows are looking to another building. Breakfast is good enough. They have cafe inside working till very late night. Good choice for those having stuff to do in Parque das Nacoes.

Stayed here for 2 nights recently. Typical Ibis accommodation. Very clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was served until 12 o'clock and was good but apart from toast there was no warm food. This location is quite a way out of Lisbon but very handy as it's near the main motorway if you're driving. We got a taxi into Lisbon which...

The hotel offers a modern vibe and it is located by Parque das Nações, which is a place with lots of restaurants and all the means of transportation closeby. The rooms are not very big, but confortable. Staff was nice and helpful. If it were less money, I would stay there everytime.

Very centrally situated for the Parque das Nacoes, handy for Vasco da Gama shopping centre, Oriente station and transfer to the Airport.. Quiet, comfortable for overnight stay. Very pleasant staff, car parking available.

The hotel is located in the new administrative and touristic Expo area, not far from the Oriente metro station in a quiet side street. The rooms are minimalistic, with free wifi, twin beds; the blind small bathroom has a comfortable shower cabin. The paid breakfast is rather industrial and anonymous. The whole structure is new and clean although quite essential.

Staying in Parque das Nacoes

Neighborhood Profile
Parque das Nacoes
This neighborhood was built up at the end of the 1990s mostly because of the Expo '98. The pavilions and structures that once were the home of all the Expo's attractions and exhibits are still culturally and artistically significant. In Parque das Nações you'll explore conference and concert pavilions, a shopping center, trendy restaurants and an enjoyable cable car ride you can't miss out on. On top of this, the amazing Lisbon Oceanarium (one of the most spectacular things you'll ever see in the city) will take your breath away: its respect and will to preserve natural wildlife is uncanny. Easily accessible by metro, bus or taxi from the city center, Parque das Nações is highly recommended for anyone who'll spend more than 3 days in the Portuguese capital.
