We stayed in the hostel with my fiancé for 6 nights. We really liked there. One of the most important things were that the place was clean and safe. Furthermore, the hostel has really nice, welcoming atmosphere, there is kitchen to cook smith, or simply prepare tea. We also liked the workers who were friendly and in a good mood....

Thank you to Anna and the Swiss guy for their hospitality during my stay in Stay Cool Hostel. My room was ok with shared bathroom one floor up the reception. Not much atmosphere and the free breakfast was basic. Good kitchen though where I can prepare a simple meal. I usually walked down hill to Avenida Metro to start the...

Away on my travels and I decided to start off with a hostel...the "Stay Cool" hostel in Lisbon. First the positives. The price is excellent for a single room. It's a small room but then that's to be expected. The shared showers are extremely clean and the water extremely hot. Breakfast comes with the cost. It's pretty basic but hey!...

We spent 5 days at Baluarte Citadino and were very satisfied with the hospitality. It is very well positioned: you can either take the subway or walk down Av. de Libertade to Plaza Rossio. Warning! The shortest way suwbay-hostel is a killer up-hill. Our double room was pretty and clean but quite cold (6th of January, no heating!). Sheets and...

I stayed for 3 nights. It is close to metro and Piombo monument. Quiet street across from classy hotel. Easy access using you fingerprint to enter hostel. Staff eager to help and friendly. Must walk up a hill of about one block to arrive. Super clean! A ten minute walk to center of Lisbon.

The hostel is located near the Marques De Pombal roundabout (10 minute walk) and conveniently located for the public transport. Service when booking is brilliant but staff can be a bit short in the mornings. We had a series of twin rooms which were comfortable. Each has its own little balcony. The bathrooms are shared but single sex. Breakfast is...

The place was ok for the price, but the there is no security. Someone enter in the hostel and stolen all rooms, the owner has no insurance, so everyone lose laptops, all stuff was in the room. Just surprise nobody stolen the led tvs

Stayed in the single room with private bathroom, it was a good price for it. Very good and safe area surrounded by 4-5 star hotels and office buildings. Breakfast is simple, overall I was satisfied with the accommodation .

Not so bad the hostel, Nice people, For me the room price was a bit too high. I think there is better prices around this area. Who is traveling alone I think is better for cheaper hostels. That's my opinion about.

For €10 per night, I had a great experience at Baluarte. The room was ok, they have a nice living room with a computer (almost always available), Wifi, TV, and the breakfast was very good (again, considering the price), they give you milk, cocoa, coffee, toasts, fruits, cereal and jam. The staff is very friendly as well. There are just...
