Friendly staff and great views but the typical room is designed for a single traveler. No privacy with the glass enclosed shower in the middle of the room and the glass enclosed lavatory offering no privacy whatsoever. We were only at the hotel for 24 hours but we experienced a week's worth of hospitality and welcome. From the front desk to room service to the River Lounge wait staff our stay was made extra special by the staff. In addition, our room and the physical setting of the hotel were especially wonderful. This is a hotel that we will definitely return to in the future and I cannot recommended it more highly.

What an incredible hotel! All areas of the hotel are beautiful and clean, the rooms were tasteful and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with options for everyone. The staff were lovely, all of them went above and beyond to make our stay very special! The hotel is close to the train station for easy access to the city centre, and has a gorgeous view!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Myriad by Sana- v welcoming staff, who were extremely accommodating in allowing us to park our car and roofbox outside the hotel. Breakfast was v good - everything was fresh and beautifully prepared. The facilities in the wellness area were great - pool, gym and steam room all good. The hotel rooms’ design was a little unusual but views were stunning.

We keep coming back to Myriad and it has become our second home. The first class staff that are committed with great attitude. The food and the wine pairing are worth a Michelin star. A great place to stay in Lisbon.

Booked fairly last minute as a 21st birthday treat for my daughter. And what a first introduction to Lisbon! Genuinely friendly & helpful staff. Stunning views: we were on 21st floor :), a nice wink at my daughter's 21st. We liked the neighbourhood, away from the very busy centre and this ex-expo 98 area has certainly been converted to a very liveable neighbourhood: shopping centre, train & metro station, cinema, theatre & pool. I dare you to find something the breakfast buffet hasn't got or the staff can't get. Enjoy!

The hotel is absolutely fabulous. Wonderful surroundings, great staff. The room is fantastic, quiet, with a beautiful view, and very comfortable, with all the necessary details and amenities. The bed is also comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic, well presented, lots of different choices, served in the restaurant which has a wonderful view. The pillows should have better quality, though. They're big but don't have the high quality needed for a 5-star hotel like this.

Very classy and aesthetically pleasing hotel. I didn’t have time to enjoy the River Lounge area properly but it looked like a nice area to enjoy a meal outdoors. I also loved the aesthetic and layout of the floors above that housed the rooms, with window views lining the corridors of all the floors above and below you. With regards to the room, we particularly loved the bed sheets and pillows which I found to be very comfortable and inviting. Personally I’ve never found myself totally comfortable with any pillows I have tried in the past, but these ones were quite nice and I would love to find out which ones they use(in addition to the types of sheets). The spa area was also modest but very pretty. It seemed to be quiet with us only ever sharing the area with one other couple at any one time. It’s bright and airy with some complimentary juice available, a heated pool and some pretty views out over the Tagus. ———— During our stay, we had issues with our room which marred the overall experience. It should be noted, however, that we were only in Lisbon for a single night so it is possible these issues could have been resolved had we the time and opportunity to contact reception but that was not the case for our circumstances. As for the issues, we arrived in the afternoon and had only an hour or so to settle in to our room before we had to leave again to meet up with a friend elsewhere in the city. In that time, I discovered that the outlets were not working/providing any power - none besides the ones by the bedside which already had lamps plugged into them. As a result, I had to unplug the lamps and use the outlets there to use the hairdryer and also charge our phones. This was annoying, but not worth inviting staff up to investigate in my mind. I discovered the following morning before checkout that the coffeemaker was also not working - presumably for the same reason - so I could not enjoy a simple tea to start the day as a result, since I was not about to pull it out and over to the bed just to try and get it working. Had I known this, I may have contacted staff the previous day, but by this point there was no reason to mention it until checkout. In addition, after coming back late at night after a long day, we were looking forward to sharing a nice bath together only to discover that the water jets were also not working despite repeated attempts. A small issue in the grand scheme of things but another frustrating element to the experience I had paid for and was looking forward to, especially with such limited time at the hotel with which to appreciate and relax during our time in Lisbon. In the end, I liked the hotel and really appreciated some of the amenities, but there was some missing attention to detail when preparing our room (and also when serving breakfast) or at the very least a big miscommunication with regards to activating the power. I wouldn’t mind returning this hotel, but I would do so with some apprehension and cautiousness as a result of this experience. With all of that said, I do recommend it regardless though!…
