Well there was no AC although promised in the double room. The shared shower had a window to the smoking room.. Do I need to say more. Was disappointed to say the least. I would recommend couples to get a hotel room w 10eur extra per night instead. Location was though great, and service was good. Facilities not so.

Stayed at this hostel for 4 nights when travelling through Lisbon alone. Small, cosy atmosphere (I was staying in the only dorm room as all others appeared to be privates), and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast has a good selection and facilities are generally extremely clean. The central location is also superb - would definitely consider staying there... More

It was my first time in Lisbon. My hosts were Rita and Marcio. They are both so nice and so welcoming, I really like them, the loveliest people in Lisbon! They help you with every single thing so you never feel left out. They give you advices when needed, very kind people. The whole hostel was perfect, the rooms and... More

Everything is perfectly clean from shared spaces, to private ones. The shower is a blessing!!! Hot , large and good pressure. Breakfast foods are fresh just like portuguese like them :) excellent! Staff is very friendly always ready to help when they can . Good customer service. The space is modern as well, really comfortable place to be.

Superb location. The hostel is really nice and has a very good breakfast. Rooms are also very nice and staff is very friendly. Wifi works perfectly. Privacy in showers is a bit limited, but there is one separated complete bathroom, so you can wait for that one and lock yourself there to shower and have a private place to change.... More

We stayed at this hostel for 2 nights as a group of lads in Lisbon. The quality of the rooms is quite high with very large double beds. We had a double room with shared showers. The room was very clean, shower room in excellent condition and great kitchen facilities. Staff were quite friendly though we were annoying guests to... More

We spent 7 perfect days in Portugal, staying at this hostel. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, which was the most important for us - they helped us with some suggestions on where to go, what to see (as they are locals), what&where to eat, so we don't fall into tourist traps. ;) Location is perfect, close to everything... The decor in this hostel is so nice it immediately makes the stay seem sublime. The staff is amazing and friendly and extremely helpful for nervous first time solo travellers. The rooms can be hot depending what time of year you come and with the windows open it can be really loud on the street but with a good set... More

I was in lisbon to sight see and party. I booked a private double room which ended up beside the kitchen and laundry/storage room (which is not advertised). This awoke me at 7am on the first morning (saturday) as the staff were setting up for breakfast and using the laundry/storage room). I requested a move if a room was available... More

The staff that was allegedly rude and unwilling to help is the very same that is noted as being one of the best assets this hostel has, along with the location. We are not perfect but one thing is sure, we do our best to keep our guests happy though not at the cost of our work ethic nor of... More
