We were a family of five in two simply, tastefully decorated rooms overlooking the Tago. Well equipped kitchen offers no-frills breakfast to accomodate most European tastes and habits. Last-level guesthouse has all apartments around a single corridor. Ideally located next to Santa Appolonia train/bus 728/metro...More
This is a perfect, little guesthouse. This is NOT a hotel, so you can't expect TV, a fridge and aircon in your room, but thats no problem. There is a fan in the room and a fridge in the common area. And who watches TV...More

You can be thankful that most common travel guides don't mention Graça and São Vicente that often. Part of Lisbon's historic center and "Old Town", they feel like independent villages in the capital's center, and more untouched than Alfama. Amazing views, restaurants and parks, as well as important monuments like the S. Vicente Church and the National Pantheon, make this a spectacular option for those looking for a more
tranquil walk-around in the center of Lisbon. Graça has been the choice of many younger people over the past years, both nationals and expats, given the cozy feeling of the neighborhood and its hidden secrets.

Thank you for your contact. The washing machine in the guesthouse is only for the use of our laundry. I'm afraid we can't provide laundry service to our guests. Maybe one of our self-catering apartments would interest you. They all have washing and drying machine. However the minimum stay is 3 nights. Let me know which dates you would like, maybe I send you some suggestions.

"Some of the rooms might have river views. In room 8 I was overlooking the street, but quite nice."
