A late change in plans left us in Lisbon for two nights, and based on mostly favorable reviews, we opted for the Portugal Boutique Hotel...what a mistake. First, the subway must run directly under the hotel, and our first night of sleep was just miserable with the constant

We've only taken the metro. It's so easy. The metro station is just outside the terminal door. Because the airport is at the end of the metro line you can't get on the wrong train. Get off at Almeda and change to the Green Line direction Cais de Sodre. Get off at Rossio and you're about 200 meters from the hotel. It takes about half an hour and you don't have to worry about getting stuck in traffic
