After a busy day at the beach, I had placed my headphones into the carrier bag we had used for snacks and placed them on the spare bed in the room. A couple of days later whilst we were packing I noticed my headphones were no where to be found. We realised that after our room had been cleared, the... More

The good: - Close to El Corte Ingles (department store), a supermarket and the metro (Parque) - There is someone at the reception desk 24/7 - The a/c works very well. You could turn the room into the North Pole if you'd want to - Our room had a fridge (not a minibar), perfect cooling your own drinks. The "ehh":... More

We stayed at this place for 5 nights. The hotel is very close to the central Lisbon a 2 min walk to Parque metro st and a 5 min walk from São Sebastião (this line goes directly to the airport and is very convenient). It is also a 3 min walk to El Corte Inglés shopping mall. If you plan... More

Is an hotel of 2 flats in a bigger building. You have to look for it in the door bell list. The rooms were nice and cosy. The receptionist was updated in football stuff and pleased to share the information.

It was me and my friends first holiday away from our parents, we stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and just wanted a place to put our heads as we would be out most of the day. The hotel is what the pictures show, it's run down and tired. On our last day as we were packing my friend... More

We took this hotel based on recommendations from several websites and were disappointed the minute we met the checkin clerk. An older man of maybe Indian origins who, before even a hello, yelled at us that check in was at 1 PM, not a minute sooner... Ok. When we finally got our room, it was clean though sorely needed some... More

I stayed here for three nights. The hotel is located in an upscale neighborhood close to El Corte Ingles, Parque Eduardo VII and Museu Calouste Gulbenkian. It is on the fourth floor of a five story building that houses offices and another small hotel. My room was perfect size and included a queen size bed, two night tables, an armoire... More

It is cheap and cheerful however the staff were very friendly, even looked after our bags while we toured Lisbon before leaving for the airport. It is cheap looking, but it is very clean. I would recommend if your in the mind frame 'somewhere to sleep'

The pictures on the hotel's website are a bit misleading. The establishment is quite old but the cleaning ladies take such a good care of the rooms and the common area. Cleaning was done every day and the rooms were very tidy. The staff at the front desk were all very nice and they helped us with all we needed.... More
