Clean, comfy. Staff helpful, giving just enough info, not lingering too long or overstaying their welcome, just enough to show us the room, fridge (empty so you can use for own items) and free fruit bowl, giant grapes and apples, lovely! Room was not huge but big enough for the two of us, bathroom clean, modern features, shower only. Black...

Entrance and public areas are clean. Room was clean and had everything i needed but the minibar is empty and they dont sell alcohol. Breakfast is good and the service was excellent. Good solid hotel with no extras. Price was justified. Ill be back.

A four star hotel very close to San Sebastian metro station - which is the end of the metro line to and from the airport (about 20 mins and just €1.30 if you buy their equivalent of an Oyster card); it's also on another line that takes you quickly to the old town area. A word of warning though -...

This was a good choice for a visit to Lisbon. The rooms are clean modern and the staff very friendly and helpful. English is spoken by many people including passers-by when we get lost. The egg tarts are lovely.

Good: Location- easy to get to from Airport. Red Line to the last stop. Clean! Very nice staff, especially at the Front Desk. Multi-lingual and gracious. Hair dryer, rain shower, black out drapes, fantastic bed. Early departure meant no breakfast. Bad: Very, very thin walls. I was surprised I could hear whole conversations and plumbing. And no alcohol, but this...

Pros: -very close to São Sebastião metro station (one entrance is literally across the street from the hotel) that we just took the red line from airport and arrived at the hotel in 30 min. - lots of eateries near hotel that we got to try a different breakfast place every morning for 5 days. Reasonable prices in these neighbourhood restaurants...

Great attention, best value for money. Very convenient and close to nice shops like Zara and El Corte Inglés. Clean and new, the only thing I would like the hotel to improve is the breakfast. I wanted to have an omelette and I let them know the way I like it. They charged me an extra cost for the omelette...

This is a hotel that I will go back. Front desk employees were excellent. Its situated in walking distance from the train station and corte Ingles. Neighborhood is safe. My daughter (12 years old) walked late at night without any problem. The room was clean, beds comfortable, bathroom very clean with clean towels. One thing that I didn't like was...

Hotel is located close to Sao Sebastion station so direct line to the airport, away from the city centre. Service was excellent with hints and tips about local area. Building work taking place next door when we visited but were warned by reception although out of the room for most of the time so did not affect the holiday. Did...

The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is very accessible with metro trains and buses to other parts of the city. The hotel is new and well kept. The staff are amazing. They make you feel welcome.
