Wonderful staff, clean rooms. Overall great for business trips. Only reason I would not recommend for pleasure trips is because of the location, a bit far from city center, otherwise very good. Attentive and knowledgeable staff.

Although not city-centre there are other advantages to the location and for an event of 90 people, with meetings and banquets over 3 days, Tivoli Oriente was an ideal choice, and excellent vale for money.

. Good location, good staff. Everything you need for a flowless business trip in Lisbon. Only few miles from the Airport and from the Centre. Great bar, good food, nice staff. Rooms are cleaned and to have a Nespresso in your your is always a bit of a treat, even though it is chargeable!

Great hotel with good facilities which is in an excellent location next to the Station and only 5 minutes by taxi away from the airport. The resturant is good for the single guest, but also very acceptable for a good quality well priced business dinner

The hotel was conveniently located and the service was efficient enough. However, the light switches in my room didn't work! I've never seen that happen in any hotel room anywhere in the world! I couldn't turn off the room lights without removing the light bulbs or going to the breaker panel. Unacceptable!

Good value for money if you don't mind to stay far from the city center. Surroundings are good with some restaurants and bars. Also the river area is perfect for doing some sports like running or biking. Rooms are small but clean and well equipped. A bit inexperienced staff. The bar on the 1st floor is great, also the restaurant...

The hotel is nice and the rooms are confortable, but they will charge you for everything. Many hotels offer a complientary bottle of water and tea/coffee. In this case they put all that on your table, but the little paper which shows the cost is well hidden in a folder (1,30€ a capsule of coffee, 3€ the bottle of water,...

Overall: Good hotel with all services you may need Room: The room was clean but noisy (view on the street). The shower was a bit broken and very difficult to regulate in term of temperature. Services: No iron so you have to pay the Hotel pressing (7euros a shirt) Location: 15min by taxi from the city center

Everything was fine, including breakfast quality and room cleanliness. The place is very comfortable either to get in 5 min the airport and to get the city center. Nice and available personnel, very good furnishments

Staying in Parque das Nacoes

Neighborhood Profile
Parque das Nacoes
This neighborhood was built up at the end of the 1990s mostly because of the Expo '98. The pavilions and structures that once were the home of all the Expo's attractions and exhibits are still culturally and artistically significant. In Parque das Nações you'll explore conference and concert pavilions, a shopping center, trendy restaurants and an enjoyable cable car ride you can't miss out on. On top of this, the amazing Lisbon Oceanarium (one of the most spectacular things you'll ever see in the city) will take your breath away: its respect and will to preserve natural wildlife is uncanny. Easily accessible by metro, bus or taxi from the city center, Parque das Nações is highly recommended for anyone who'll spend more than 3 days in the Portuguese capital.
