This was our second time staying and Neya, and definitely not the last (especially now that they opened their Porto hotel too!). The staff was really helpful and friendly, and went over our expectations in regards of safety because of COVID-19. We haven't received the same services as 3 years ago, because of the safety measures implemented, but what we got was still at excellent quality. I'd also like to point out that the hotels restaurant provides great quality food - since most of the restaurants are still closed, we had dinner multiple times, and the food never ceased to amaze us - it was excellent, our host, Maria was wonderful. The hotel is located at a great, quiet place not too far from the public transport stations, and an around 10 minute metro trip from Baixa (but you can use Uber quite easily aswell!) Overall, my opinion haven't changed from what I had 3 years ago - I definitely suggest staying at Neya, and I'm looking forward to our next visit aswell!…
Modern hotel near the city centre with helpful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Small SPA is a nice cherry on top during the stay with a nice massage by the friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Overall service is quite good. Value for money 👍🏽 Recommended!
We enjoy our stay on this hotel . The room are comfortable, cleaned and with a full equipped bathroom . The breakfast is really impressive with a lot of choice , fresh orange juice, bacon and eggs, fruit, yoghourt, different types of bread, local patisseries.
This a lovely hotel situated in a quiet part of Lisbon. The staff were all really helpful. Rooms, although not big, were just right with everything you could need, comfortable beds and nice hot showers. A nice buffet breakfast was served with hot and cold food and delicious cakes/pastries. We found some nice eating places about 10-15 minutes walk away, although the hotel has a nice restaurant which we ate in one night. We cut short our weekend as restaurants were being told to close due to Coronavirus, not that they have many cases, they were just taking precautions. We were worried they might cancel flights as well, as they had in Spain and didn’t want to get stuck there. When we checked out early we were told they would hold our room, just in case we didn’t get on our flight, which was really nice of them as they knew we were only on stand by. We will definitely return to this hotel and see more of Lisbon when things have gone back to normal.…
Beautiful and spacious rooms, nice and new bathroom with bath. Hotel is near metro station Saldanha, and also not very far from center of Lisbon even on foot. Good breakfast and very helpful staff. We stayed 7 days, and would come back definitley.
