stayed here for 6 nights in 2 different rooms. Single rooms all ending in 1 are not massive, have no fridge and face the back of the hotel. First room i had , tv wouldn't work so got moved. The double rooms are bigger try to get rooms ending 02-07 get a better view. brerakfast starts at 7.30am and is the same everyday. This hotel as deal with a german holiday firm so restaraunt in the evening is taken over by them. don't eat here as food is not good , find some where else.
Spent 2 nights here. Lovely reception from the lady who kindly planned our short stay for us. This saved us precious time and we're throughly grateful. Lovely spacious room and buffet breakfast was very good. Lovely homemade breads and muffins, fresh fruit salad, bacon, scrambled and boiled eggs. Fridge in bedroom and safety deposit box and massage pillow. Waitresses, waiter very pleasant, smart and professional. We enjoyed our short break here
4nights stayed early in March. Superior room very spacious with great views. A very clean hotel. Breakfast typically continental and the same each day. Location is in a quiet area, 30/40 min walk (very hilly) to Lisbon Centre, or a 15 min walk to Anjou Metro station which takes you directly to the centre. Staff friendly, but the language barrier causes difficulties. We asked that a mattress topper and extra duvet provided as the mattress was extremely firm, causing joint pain and two sleepless nights , continuously told will sort it tomorrow , this problem was not sorted out; ended up taking the double size memory foam mattress off the sofa bed and putting it in on the kingsize bed, not once did a member of staff chase this issue, or apologise after I gave up asking for help. Enjoyed visiting Cascais by train, lovely fishing village, lunch at Cantina Clandestine awesome. Tram 28 thoroughly enjoyable, worth buying a ticket from the metro to cover metro/bus/tram/and train for €12 per day to use as many times in one day. Timeout is great for food and drink, lots of choice, mix of locals and tourists eating together under one roof. Ate in various places, food always good. Pastel de nata delicious, available everywhere with prices ranging from €0.35 to €1.50 each, beware as they all taste the same. Local Port drink delicious; as is Portuguese Red Wine.…
I had a wonderful stay at Neya. Staff was lovely and room was quiet and comfortable. I especially appreciated that they have rubbish sorting in the hotel room—I have always wanted that! Sustainable businesses deserve our patronage. Highly recommended!
Stayed for 3 nights early March. Hotel was as expected, staff helpful. Breakfast was good, and they had a small info board regarding best times to get. Only issue we had was the mattress was extremely firm, with very little give.
staff doesn't speak proper english, is arrogant, and unhelpful. we asked for airport transfer and spa services. each time the service was provided with 50 minutes. no information was given, no excuses were offered, we had to fight for a minimum compensation.
We stayed at Neya Lisbon for 3 nights & it was a perfect location and fantastic staff- Raquel from reception spoke amazing English, so helpful and friendly. Jao always looked after us with lovely drinks and service with a smile! Both absolutely fantastic and made our trip to Lisbon! By far the best staff members at any hotel I have ever been 2 so thank you!! Nothing was ever 2 much for them! Recommend this hotel highly.
We visited lisbon 4 days. Very friendly staff ! They inform us and help us when needed. The hotel is well located, pleasant and clean. I recommend this hotel. (the room fragrance smells particularly good)
Stayed at Neya 2 nights for work while in Lisbon. I did not experienced the breakfast or the spa so i can not comment. The room was small but very clean, confortable bed, quality linen. The services at the reception excellent: they supported with an early check in, they adjusted the invoice, they speak a good English and they find solutions to the issues. Recommended hotel
We stayed there earlier this week - 2 couples for 3 days. This hotel is a gem - compact elegantly furnished comfortable rooms and luxury bathrooms. Great breakfast etc. The friendly welcome on arrival continued throughout our stay, regardless of who was on duty at the front desk.
