This is an excellent hotel, they were very easy to contact during the pandemic, moved my booking several times with minimum fuss and little cost (6 euros). During our stay staff were on hand to help, advise and resolve any issues. Spotlessly clean rooms which were cleaned daily. I cannot fault them.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and were so impressed - the buffet breakfast is ideal and has a lot of choice, the whole hotel is so smart and so clean throughout, and the rooftop pool area is lovely and clean too. We were so impressed with the staff, everyone was so helpful and friendly. The room/ bed was ideal for the price, the rooms were cleaned daily and everyday they were absolutely spotless. Could not fault this hotel at all, would definitely stay again. It is in a fantastic location to explore Lisbon as well as near shops/cafes/restaurants and underground stations to see what else Lisbon has to offer in the other areas nearby.

If you're going to Lisbon to wander the old streets, experience the colour, nightlife, charm etc etc then this hotel isn't the place to stay as it's quite a way away from those places. You need to catch the metro to get there - it's not that far but still - we were disappointed. The hotel itself is ok, rooms a bit small but modern (read characterless) and clean. Reception staff didn't seem very friendly and when we decided to book a second room the price they gave was quite a bit more than we'd paid before or even been quoted before. In fact when we showed them the 'sale' price online they just said 'book online then' so we did.

Very basic (think Travelodge), not for the more ample traveller either, as gap between sink and bathroom door is tiny (we have bruises to show!) Breakfast is not even Travelodge standard, very poor (we ate out on a few mornings on way into city) Great location for Gulbenkian museum/art gallery and brilliant shopping centre nearby Corte de Ingles (great food and roof top gin bar there). You need to travel into the city (good underground service - v clean and regular) or be a walker; lovely down the avenue stopping at the various cabins for coffee/drinks. Only redeeming feature was the small rooftop swimming pool (if you can avoid the smokers-it’s cosy up there!)

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel which is in a great location with quick and direct transport links to both the city centre and the airport. The hotel is clean, the staff helpful and friendly and with a decent breakfast available. The roof top swimming pool is a bonus.

We enjoyed our stay at Sana Reno. Excellent position, opposite the metro Sao Sebastaio - red line from the airport 20 min and with easy access to the centre on the metro blue line
Comfortable beds. Very clean hotel. Staff fixed lights and toilet when informed of the problems. We stayed in a suite. Lounge area quite dark. Couch had deep seats so not so comfortable Would benefit from some cushions, had to use pillows from bedroom. Came with a coffee machine. Hubby used it twice. Glad I had taken my travel kettle for a cuppa tea. Fridge was used for fresh milk from local shop. Air-conditioning quite noisy. Windows open if you prefer . Quiet neighbourhood, away from main roads but can hear airplane noise .
Plenty of choice at breakfast breads/rolls/pastries/cereals Scrumbled eggs (loved the spelling) Not keen on the bacon/ sausage in Portugal, but plenty of other options. The lighting in my room was terrible. At night I had to turn on all the lights so I can look for something in my luggage and even then it didn’t completely brighten the room. Also, I ordered takeout the night before my checkout date and sat at one of the tables at the bar area. I was told I was not allowed to sit there and eat. So what’s the point of having all those tables and chairs for? The only reason I didn’t order a drink was because I don’t drink alcohol. I sat there to eat because I didn’t want my room smelling like food. Lastly, the key cards were so old and outdated. The ones I got looked like they had been reused many, many times. Aside from that, the room was clean and tidy and the bathroom was spacious. It had a blow dryer in it but I had to hold on to the button to keep it on. Receptionists were very nice. Although nobody informed me or provided me with the hotel Wi-Fi.

Stayed for two weeks. They were the friendliest staff I’ve ever come across. Very clean hotel and nice decor. Rooms were nice and very clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were welcoming and helpful and gave us great recommendations on places to visit. Metro stop is right outside the door which was helpful and you can’t hear the metro at all so it wasn’t noisy. We enjoyed our stay in Sana Reno a lot. The staff is friendly and helpful. The entrance hall is spacious and well furnished with comfortable lounge sets, and with a water fountain. There are two elevators available. The hotel rooms are comfortable and very clean with good furniture, a flat screen TV, minibar, a desk, a comfy chair and a small but complete bathroom, which also has a bidet. Very handy for storing all your excess make up tools and hairstyling bottles in it :-) Two positive things that are really worth mentioning; first of all the lovely bed, which I really miss now! Spacious/ king size, silky soft sheets, perfect pillows and comfy matrass. Wow! Second of all the amazing shower. Very hard to turn it off every time! We had also some small points of feedback; the breakfast could have been a little more surprising. It's okay but not very exciting. The "juice" has nothing to do with juice, for example. Only one sort of cheese, no boiled eggs, no crackers/ biscuits which I love in the morning. The other disappointment is the price level of the beverages in the bar. Cause 4,50 euro for a glass of Coca Cola is a bit exagerrated, we think. Same goes for the rates of the drinks in the minibar. If they would adjust them a bit to a reasonable level, the bar would get some visitors, I'm sure :-) The hotel is situated right in front of a metro station. A taxi to the airport is 10 euros. To the city centre is only 6 or 7. On the other side of the road is a small nice super market (which is nice cause of the beverage prices I mentioned above) and also a lovely lunchroom and a bakery.

Nice hotel near a lot of things, all within walking distance. Close to the Lisbon I ternatiinal airport. Staff is very friendly, most speak English. There is a rooftop (shallow) pool which is very nice. Rooms are fine, but on the smaller side like most Euro hotels. Large shopping mall within walking distance. No where to park, but there are several public (pay) underground parking areas a short walk away. Metro station (Red Line) is literally right outside the door! Would stay here again! There is a small laundromat just one street over that is open 24 hours.
