The rooms are good sized by European standards. Although the hotel has clearly undergone some renovations, the bathroom area could do with a bit more. We stayed in adjoining rooms & the kids' bedroom & bathroom had a more modern look whereas our bathroom was clad in dated pink marble. What bothered me most about our bathroom was that the...

The qualification of the employees was excellent. The room (1032) was poorly furnished, except for the beds. The bathroom floor has not been cleaned once during my stay; the WC is mediocre and has nothing to hold onto and you must watch your head in order not to hit the stone wall in front of you. The food was not...

Great staff, perfectly trained in a great location for walking. Just in front of town hall. Got room upgraded by using American Express Platinum. Had a balcony room with a view of Town Hall. Discovered Brockman's Gin in the bar.

Our family of six, ranging from age 9 to 75, had a wonderful family holiday stay for eight nights. Everything from rooms to staff to service to food was superb. It definitely was on the luxurious side in all respects and not inexpensive, but a memorable (good) trip for all the family. Definitely would go back again.

I attended a conference here for 3 nights. The rooms rooms were spacious and elegant. Cleaning service included lovely touches, such as placing a bookmark next to your book and a glasses cleaner next to your glasses. Conferencing facilities were to a high standard and the various communal areas were great for our purposes. Location is a little out of...

This is a high end, luxurious hotel, in keeping with the Four Seasons standard. The rooms are large, immaculate and tastefully appointed. However, the factor that really causes this hotel to stand out is the superior service and courtesy provided by their excellent staff. The management is obviously very professional because it reflects in the outstanding performance of the employees....

Here during the holidays. The holiday is lovely, spacious and old world elegant. Service is very attentive though is missing that something that takes it over the top. You can hear complaints of things going amiss by guests throughout - not amiss enough to say not to stay here though. You need to be careful not to accept one of...

We recently stayed at the Four Seasons Ritz Lisbon and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. we were greeted by extremely friendly staff and after check-in were given a tour of the property and escorted to our room. We were encouraged to request anything we might need during our stay. The room were large and nicely appointed. The beds were very comfortable....

The hotel is very accessible, even though it is not in the center of all the main tourist sights. The gym at the hotel is truly excellent, with the latest equipment and an outdoor track on the roof. The rooms are very commodious but the decor is a bit old-fashioned for my taste. The bathroom is rather dark and the...

On arrival, we were greeted by the most friendly and helpful staff at the door who escorted us to the check in area. There we met the most amazing women who checked us in but more than that she held a conversation with us as if we were her relatives who she had not seen for a long time. She...
