Visited on a short vacation and booked on line. As usual with the Four Seasons, the booking is simple and the concierge contacts you to ask if they can do anything. I asked for dinner booking at a couple of the best restaurants in town and both were obtained easily - I guess that's one of the advantages of staying...

We spent a week at the Ritz Four Seasons last November. Since it's low seasons in Portugal, we managed to get a good rate and take full advantage of a long stay in such an iconic property. Bear in mind, though, that Lisbon is quickly being barcelonized and becoming a must destination, so crowds are hard to avoid even during...

Ritz Four Seasons is one of the finest establishments to stay - anywhere. Generous, plush rooms with panoramic views. Fine food. An enviable art collection. A rooftop running track and gym plus a large, inviting pool. It is the staff, however, who really make a difference. They are intelligent, courteous and knowledgeable.

Came here on a business trip. Truly fantastic service and beautiful interior. The best was however, the gym! At the top of the building, well equipped with a superd view of Lisbon. Even convinced me to go for a run at dawn to see the sun rise.

This old aristocratic hotel continues to impress with its elegance and charm. The brand-new rooftop gym has amazing views of Lisbon. The impressive entrance hall is decorated with beautiful orchids. The breakfast is great, served in a beautiful room. The service is flawless. And the art by Almada Negreiros and other mid-century painters continues to delight. If you want to...

Great central location with easy connections, luxury with an echo of the 1950s (but all in good working order); in January, you have the full attention of hotel staff to yourself. Rooms overlooking the park get glorious morning sun.

We chose the Four Seasons Ritz because we wanted a very comfortable hotel with a pool and spa in case of bad weather. We were not disappointed. The location is close to the metro or a 10 minute cab ride from most central locations, our deluxe rooms were large and comfortable and the breakfast very good. There is a very...

The rooms are good sized by European standards. Although the hotel has clearly undergone some renovations, the bathroom area could do with a bit more. We stayed in adjoining rooms & the kids' bedroom & bathroom had a more modern look whereas our bathroom was clad in dated pink marble. What bothered me most about our bathroom was that the...

The qualification of the employees was excellent. The room (1032) was poorly furnished, except for the beds. The bathroom floor has not been cleaned once during my stay; the WC is mediocre and has nothing to hold onto and you must watch your head in order not to hit the stone wall in front of you. The food was not...
