Stayed for February football break to watch Benefica. Had a match schedule change and even though I booked a non refundable reservation hotel change for me free of charge. Hotel staff on arrival were helpful and friendly and we were able to check in to our room early. Room was specialist and the bed was huge. Bathroom spacious with everything needed. Bed was comfortable only down side we could only find 2 plug sockets in rather awkward places but we managed fine. Although a little dated it’s perfectly fine considering your out exploring all day. Breakfast was plentiful basic city buffet and enough to fill up on before heading out. Tea and coffee in room only had one small milk pot so we bought a carton and no decaf coffee but decaf tea. Reasonably central location for what we wanted but a little further out from city centre if that’s what your looking for. Easy to get to from the airport and easy to find from the Main Street. Would recommend and would stay again if returning

Nice place to stay, I would say that it falls below its 4 star rating. Bit out of the way for sight seeing, Breakfast a bit disorganised, Coffee machine dispenses lousy drinks. You can walk to the Hop On Hop off bus car park where all the busses return to in 15 minutes and buy a 2 day tour for £50 ish, well worth it. Bar inside the hotel very expensive, Local Bars very cheap and friendly, Serving good food. Computer in lobby for internet access. ( No printer attached ),.

This hotel is comfortable, room has a huge bed and well fitted bathroom. Breakfast good too. It is close to two different metros, Saldana and San Sebastian. A few minutes walk down to regular buses. You get to Rossio quite quickly, it goes via Pombal and Liberdade. We walked it the first time but the bus so easy and a daily ticket covering buses, trams and metro is available to buy from Tourist Information kiosks and metro stations. Really enoyed Lisbon, just wish we had booked a longer stay to enable us to go all we wanted to. Good day out by train from Rossio railway station to Sintra, well worth it.

We were there for visiting Lisbona and see Madonna's concert. We were on the 10th floor so we had a wonderful view of the city. The employees at the reception have always been quick, courteous and efficient.The room was very clean, with a huge bed, even if, apart from the wardrobe, there was no place to hang the jackets. The breakfast was mostly made up of salty food, for us Italians used to sweet food there was little to choose from (there were no biscuits!): Anyway brioche, fruit, yogurt, jams and even nutella were not lacking. The price was very good, the hotel was also close to several metro stops, very convenient for getting to every place in the city. The transfer service from the airport to the hotel and vice versa is also very convenient. It was a good choice

pleasant hotel. Very friendly helpful staff , good facilities, service and treatment. Overall very good value for money in a good position with the metro ( Sans Sebastion station) being a Five minute walk away and easy to use. Airport ticket is 1.50euro and goes direct from there, well worth it. ( when site seeing buy the 6.40euro 24hr metro ticket. Great value and pays for anything you ride on including the metro trams, busses even Santa Justa elevator !!) . The hotel really is a very good base.

This hotel has friendly staff and has great nearby Metro (10 minutes to the city centre) and bus stops. There's also a huge El Corte Ingles (a bit like a Harrods) near the metro station (Sao Sebastiao). It's also located very close to the Gulbenkian Museum and the Parque Eduardo VII and if you fancied walking , it's an almost straight path from there down to the Praca do Comercio and the River Tagus. It's also just far enough away from the city centre to be keenly priced. Rooms are spacious and although just a bit dated, the fabric is well maintained and very clean. I didn't dine or have breakfast there, so I can't comment on the food, but I did have probably the best Gin and Tonic in the hotel bar that I've ever had anywhere in all the times I've been to Lisbon.

Nice and clean room with plenty of space. The same as on the images. The staff is really-really kind. Breakfast is varied and tasty. Location: Safe and quiet quarter. 5 mins walk from the Metro (Am/Vm - Saldanha; Az/Vm - São Sebastião)

We stayed for 3 nights. All aspects were good and we would return here if coming back to Lisbon. Slightly out from the city centre but not a problem as the walk through the parks and gardens was pleasant. Bar staff very friendly - reception less so. Breakfasts were very good but evening dinner menu disappointing so dining out is preferred - especially with so many choices. Nice coffee shop just off reception.

If you want to be close to all public transport in Lisbon, to have a HUGE bed and a nice place to stay, then this is the place. Easy access to the metro ( great connection to the airport)
The rooms are cleaned and the breakfast is good.
It is not a 4* hotel, as they have some issues in the rooms ( walls, furniture) but if you are in Lisbon to visit the town, you do not need the luxury!

Location is good, near subway to the airport and town. Also walking distance down town. Breakfast could have more variation. Coffee was good. personnel is not very helpful, but this is all over Lissabon. Good beds but aircondition did not work properly, had to keep windows open all night. No electrical socket in the bathroom nor in the entrance, bit difficult to do your hair without a mirror. Electronical cards to open doors work poorly. Had reload them almost daily. Personnel wanted to blame me for it. (everytime they tell me I must not keep the card near my phone)

You cant tell from the site. Ask for one, and if they have a room with a balcony available they will give it to you, but they wont guarantee it ahead of time
