We stayed here as part of a tour, did not chose it ourselves. The room is pretty spartan, so if you just want a basic room that is walkable to many places, this is it. But, no hooks or places to hang anything in the bathroom, no shelf in the shower for soap or shampoo, and to find an outlet to charge our devices we had to crawl under the desk to plug into the one available outlet. I killed three bugs in the bathroom in the morning, and housekeeping was apparently rationing toilet paper when they did our room as they left us with half a roll. But breakfast was decent.
We stayed here as part of a tour package. It was a great choice. Very, very close to a metro station that had you in city center within 10-15 minutes, clean hotel, delicious breakfast, very accommodating and friendly staff, extremely comfortable bed and the rooms were very spacious. The area had several grocery stores within a few blocks, many very good restaurants just around the corner (more on that in another review) and while it was in the airport flight path, with windows closed you didn't hear anything. I would definitely stay at this location again (the metro station is the last stop on the airport line which made it easy for traveling to/from the airport without a transfer).
Great location, right across the street from the fabulous Gulbenkian art museum and park. Several restaurants within walking distance, and a subway stop across the street. The hotel was super clean, beautiful, comfortable bed, and great breakfast. Really loved the staff who helped every day, including arranging a half-day trip to Sintra with driver - totally the way to go!
This hotel is in a good location very convenient to the metro and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. While it wasn’t fancy, our room was clean, neat and comfortable. Front desk staff were courteous and helpful with directions and other information. The breakfast buffet offered meats and cheeses, fruits, breads, eggs, bacon and sautéed veggies, so plenty of variety. We enjoyed drinks in the hotel bar each evening before heading out for dinner. I would have no problem staying here again.
Booked this hotel last minute with affordable price when compared with other hotels in Lisbon. From the location itself which is not too far from nearest metro station São Sebastião, we can easily walk and it is not too difficult to find the hotel. Upon arrival, I had a feeling that it was a business hotel with nice and quite large reception and lobby area adjacent to the restaurant. We could not check in before 14:00 hrs since we arrived early, despite requesting. You can pick up fresh green granny smith apple and infused lemon water for refreshment while waiting, a really nice touch. We finally got our room which was as is in the picture. Very comfortable bed and pillow and lovely bath amenities from Real Saboaria - Flores do Campo. Since it was our last destination this trip we decided to try out breakfast buffet and we were so pleased with great selection. It includes famous Portugal egg tart and all other local pastries, very tasty indeed. For the price of 10 euro per person, it was well worth it. There is an automatic kiosk at the corner where taxi can be called by ourselves. Lastly the bell staff was more than well trained, we had to run to catch our flight and they took care of our luggage without us asking. Thanks to them again.…
