Came to Lisbon and stayed here as part of group tour with Trafalgar. Hotel is conveniently located near a famous department store El Corte Inglés and metro station. Friendly and helpful English-speaking front desk staff. Elegant dining room with good breakfast buffet. The room is...More
Usually i dont mind a hard bed but these are bad. Dont pull the cord in the shower its an alarm not a fan. Apart from that the place is in a good location €7 to and from town. Plenty to discover around the immediate...More
+ The location was close to the metro station, however it was far away from the city center. The room was large and clean, the bathroom as well. The breakfast was great. The view from the room was beautiful.

A very clean hotel with the basic amenities. Rooms are very clean. Rooms are on the smaller side, but that's quite expected for business hotels in major European cities. It is very reasonably priced (<EUR 100 for single room for 1 night, without breakfast). It...More

This hotel is in the area they call Avenidas Novas, the new streets. It's almost next to the Gulbankian gardens and very close to a metro stop for access back into city. Lisbon is full of sights but generally those of the old city cathedral, graca, baixa,Se, basilica etc and the older museums tend to be in the old part of town which is more charming.
The reality in Lisbon is that wherever you stay you will travel for many sights as they are so spread out.
The hotel is ok, its modern functional and everything works, staff are friendly. Lisbon is an emotional city vibrant and historic and that vibe isn't particularly reflected in the hotel.
As for restaurants there are a number in the area but I can't comment on them as we were traveling around a lot and I don't think we actually went to any close to the hotel.
