Nice, clean hotel, friendly staff, rich breakfast. Near metro station and easy to reach from airport.
Everything was as it is presented on the photos.
Only negative thing are the tiny walls - you can hear the conversation from next room.

We stayed here for three nights. Hotel staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was really nice, not a great view but that is because it's in a very residential area. The breakfast was really nice and with a really relaxed atmosphere.

This hotel is in the area they call Avenidas Novas, the new streets. It's almost next to the Gulbankian gardens and very close to a metro stop for access back into city. Lisbon is full of sights but generally those of the old city cathedral, graca, baixa,Se, basilica etc and the older museums tend to be in the old part of town which is more charming.
The reality in Lisbon is that wherever you stay you will travel for many sights as they are so spread out.
The hotel is ok, its modern functional and everything works, staff are friendly. Lisbon is an emotional city vibrant and historic and that vibe isn't particularly reflected in the hotel.
As for restaurants there are a number in the area but I can't comment on them as we were traveling around a lot and I don't think we actually went to any close to the hotel.
