Where do I start. What a horrible hotel. Rooms are old-fashioned. Beds are hard and not comfortable. A lamp in our room didn't work. When we called the front desk, the front desk employee came to try to replace the bulb. This is because there is no technical service available on weekends. Apparently, it is very difficult to replace a lamp, so he demolished the fixture. Finally had to spend my whole weekend without light in the bathroom. The service was below par. The employees were brutal and totally uncooperative when we were looking for a solution to a problem they had caused. In the end, they even threatened to call the police. we will never come back to this hotel. Also, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. terrible.

+ Very helpful desk staff. Clean rooms. Good housekeeping service. Pool (small and bookable but great on a warm day!). Gym (not tried myself!). Good continental breakfast. Air con in rooms. - Dated decor in parts. A little out of city (30 min hilly walk at moderate pace). No minibar in room (but good drink selection at main desk).

The sheets had HAIRS in them. They were dirty when we arrived. I asked that they be changed 3 times. (The day we arrived, the next morning and night). They never changed the sheets… Its a shame. You dont know who slept in the bed before you or what they did!!! Very poor hygiene…

The hotel is situated close to central Lisbon. The shuttle service is superb (they waited for us in the middle of the night although we were delayed because of a lost suitcase). The staff was so very friendly and helpful, - and the rooms are clean and fine. The air conditioner works YouHuuu! We had two single rooms for our 2 teenagers, and it worked really fine. Opposite to the hotel there is a supermarket with what you may need, although the breakfast is really good. You can be picked up for Tuk-Tuk tours from the hotel.

We had booked 4 nights with the 3K Madrid hotel. We assumed the room was reserved. After all, they had our credit card info. We had a change in our schedule so we called the hotel to let them know we would be a day late and emphasized that we would be there the next day. The woman said "it's fine". However, when we arrived the next day, they told us they canceled our booking. Why were we not warned about this prior to cancelling? They had multiple opportunities to tell us that they might cancel our reservations. When we called to let them know we would be coming, the woman should have told us of the threat of losing the room. We also did not get any email that they were going to cancel the room. This could have been resolved so easily. Instead, they were happy to keep the money for the day we were not there and never responded to any of our emails. This hotel has terrible management and poor staff training. Be very careful if you book here. Personally I would strongly recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

I stayed here May 2023. The hotel looked great feom the photos but when I arrived I didn't feel confident as it looked nothing like the pictures on the booking site. The reception area was clean and tidy and contained a small bar area were drinks could be purchased from reception. These were well priced. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful.and allowed us to store our bags as we had arrived early. The area around the hotel has several bars, shops and restaurants and the hotel is easy to walk into the centre from. The room we requested was a twin room however a double was allocated however the bed was massive. The room was a good size however very dated in decor and the curtains needed replaced as they were falling down. The air con was excellent and the bed was comfy. The room had a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was available to buy but I didn't bother due to previous negative reviews so I can't comment on how it was although it was popular and packed with guests. The hallways to the rooms were dated and could use a freshen up. The pool area was closed but looked nice although the pool is small. All in all this was a great hotel for the small price we paid. The location was good although bring good walking shoes as lisbon is hilly and there are lots of uneven surfaces. I would consider staying here again although if you want to be in the thick of things maybe you would be safer going south of the city centre. All staff that I came into contact with were friendly and helpful.

Stayed for a couple of nights with my husband and daughter…… A few issues with this place…. Paper thin walls( heard our neighbors singing in the shower, and flushing the toilet)!!! Bit tatty and dated, black grout in the bathroom, cracked tile chipped paint, blackout curtains that were not big enough to cover the window and aircon that didn’t seem to do anything! Cleaner came at 4.30 pm when we had just got back to the room for a “siesta”… so had to say no thanks,!!so no bed made or clean towels! Breakfast sparse and very minimal options,I was ok with a mini croissant and coffee tho ! AThe worst bit was the building works(??) going on outside our room from 8 am …. Drilling, banging and men talking in very loud voices … they woke us both mornings of our stay…. We were not told anything about this or warned !!! It was very poor !!! We stay in Lisbon hotels 3/4 times a year…. This was probably the worst stay we have had to be honest… Positives…. Location is pretty good( although not attractive )

Wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The breakfast is awful - watery coffee and not a lot of options for food. The room, had a superior, was run down and the “tv” was on the desk(?) and tiny. The bathtub drain didn’t work - or it did veeeeeeery slow. Lightbulbs were broken. Frontdesk staff. Some was friendly others not serviceminded. I liked the cleaners - they are the reason its not a 1 star.

Very central hotel in Lisbon. Stayed there for a week on bed and breakfast basis. Room very clean and tidy. Slept well all week. Very good selection for breakfast and helpful staff. We arrived before check in time and were able to leave our cases in. Nearest metro only 6 minutes walk
