We arrived on LISBOA on 14 February 2017 at the hotel EDUARDO VII. We received the room 112, very dirty, the bad smell, dampness, we can't breathe. The furniture are very old. The breakfast was the same for 4 days and very poor. Even the receptionist was very careful we was very disappointed of this hotel. Noise, very much noise......

Lovely, oldfeshion hotel, with helpful stuff. Rooms are clean, but very very small. The hotel really needs renovation. It is not modern, it has this old charm. It is located closed to all city attractions, there are 2 metro stations nearby (3-4 min by foot). Great when you travel on budget.

The hotel needs renovation as soon as possible. Bathrooms are not acceptable, sheets are dusty, Etc... If you want to have a nice staying in Lisbon choose another hotel. There are so beautiful places to experience the pleasant atmosphere of this magical city. I was happy to change it with Hotel 3K Europe.

I had stayed here for 4 nights during July, 2016. The hotel is quite close to city center and also only 3-4 minutes to the nearest underground station. The rooms are clean but the furniture is quite old. The breakfast had the same food all the time : coffee, milk , orange juice( which I did not like at all),...

Location of hotel Eduardo is perfect! right next to main boulevard, 10 min walk from the oldest district Alfama. Rooms are very small but the good thing is that the room service come to clean every day. Breakfast extremely basic and everyday the same.

If you like 'quaint' you've come home to the Eduardo VII. It sort of reminds me of Fawlty Towers, but in a nice way. Firstly the positives. It's fairly central to both the touristy area and the business district being close (150 m) from the Marques de Pombal roundabout and the Avenida da Liberdade, Lisbon's answer to the Champs Elysees,...

The hotel is old and in need of renovation. Cleaning is good. Breakfast is adequate but can be as expected in a 2 star hotel. Bar is situated in the restaurant which is on the top floor, happy hour is from 18.30 (20% discount) restaurant opens at 19.00...... The distance from the hotel to the center of the city is...

This hotel could do with a bit of a make-over but although the room was small it was clean and the bedding and towels were changed daily. The bathroom was also kept clean but the hot water took ages to get hot and the plumbing was noisy ( as were the neighbours who could be heard through the rather thin...

I stayed for 2 nights. This is a classic hotel. Open 24 hours. Didnt find my room too clean, but the accommodation was ok. I was in this hotel hotel, i choose this neighborhood because a friend of mine was staying in this neighborhood. It was for a birthday party. I would not choose this neighborhood for a 2nd time....
