Detailed Reviews
Centrally located for almost anywhere you want to go in Lisbon. Located on a small quiet street off the main circle round which puts it minutes by taxi to the port, train, or plane. As for the best place to eat... they will not steer you wrong—but the best breakfast is their buffet.

The hotel has an excellent location, metro 10 steps away, if you want to reach the center a nice and short walk downhill and you have arrived. Young and welcoming staff always with a smile. Upon arrival we find a complimentary bottle of water, in the room there is an electric kettle with 1 infusion, 1 tea and chocolate, little welcome treats. In the bathroom there are quality soaps in dispensers and a highly scented body cream. The only thing to renovate are the doors of the dated rooms and the carpet in the corridor... but other than that I highly recommend it!

The location is excellent: close to the Praça Marques de Pombal with buses, metro close by and an easy (30 mins aprox) walk into the Praça do Comercio along the Avenida Liberdade.
The hotel staff was great: they solved an issue I had with my room, giving me a new room (better and with a terrace!) and they even took all of my luggage to the new room during the day - excellent service.
The reception staff are friendly and will help with what they can. Very polite and courteous.
I also thought it was great that they had free parking (even if it was 3 mins walk away). In the centre of Lisbon!!!
There is nothing really negative to say: the hotel clearly needs some refurbishment and modernisation, and (as in many hotels) there are way too few electrical sockets in the rooms.

Once again in this wonderful hotel, which I love. Prefect location, opposite Pombal Marques Square, has bus hop on hop off nearby, bus to the Outlet Freeport nearby. Bus and metro station nearby.Mc Donalds in front of the hotel. To walk to the Avenida da Liberdade. Clean and organized hotel. Very helpful staff. Very good breakfast.

Totally correct according to your price. He has things to improve, especially windows. But the beds are very good, we have not heard a single noise from the street or other rooms. The room was very spacious, had a fridge and hairdryer. It is very central and very comfortable to move around. It would improve breakfast because the buffet (18€ per person, children free) was somewhat scarce and did not have many vegetable options apart from fruit and bread with jam.

This is a fun, movie themed hotel with each room named after a classic movie. It is conveniently located just 20 minutes from the airport by taxi and a couple of minutes walk to the nearest metro station and the staff were friendly. The room was pleasant with really good air conditioning and the bathroom facilities were good.

The room was a nice size with big windows and a bath. The location was great, we could walk everywhere or there’s a metro right next door. Unfortunately the walls are really thin so you get woken up by other guests in their rooms. Also we were given 2 twin beds pushed together instead of a double bed, who wants this? Surely anyone booking a double room wants a double bed to share! This drives me mad when hotels do this. We made do but it I wouldn’t recommend or stay again.

Very disappointing hotel that does not even reach the standards of a 3 star, let alone 4 (not for price, however, which is still high).... dirty, old, minimal, even taking a shower is difficult because they are all bathtubs to climb over. the only positive note is the breakfast, served in a beautiful panoramic and exhaustive room. Otherwise I would not stay again and would never recommend it.

We didn’t spent so much time at the hotel to be honest! But it did its job! The hotel was conveniently located, just by the Marques do Pombal, and we’re able to walked down the Avenida Libertade which is just one block away… we had beatiful walks downtown from there and managed to see most of the city! The room was very comfortable and big (actually with an extra small room that we were not expecting). Was fun and nice seeing the movie theme around (we slept on Audrey Hepburns suite)! The service was good! Probably is not the place to spend the whole day there… but defitely was a good deal!

Positive aspects
The hotel is located in a strategic position ideal for visiting the main attractions on foot; just 2 steps away there is the metro to reach the farthest areas or return comfortably after a walk.
Negative aspects
1. REQUIRED check-in only from 2 pm is just so uncomfortable!!
Do not delude yourself that they have prepared the room in advance.
2. On the second day we left the room at 7.30am, returned at 3.30pm~ and ....surprise!! The room had not yet been redone: we were told that they have until 17!!! 😳
They provided it immediately but we were waiting in the lobby and NOBODY notified us when it was ready!!!!
3. No one at the reception speaks Italian: what if one does not know another language?
4. Unfortunately I confirm the negative notes of other customers regarding the bathroom.
Conclusion: I consider that the price is not proportionate to the service offered.

Yes, they have an internal small garden on the 2 nd floor. Near the restaraunt and in front of gym. So you can smoke in the fresh air. Offcourse you can also smoke outside on the street, like i did.
Never bothered with the Metro. May be fine if you’re a solo traveler. Otherwise I’d recommend Viator. Most reliable
Hello,
We don't have car parking but there are several parkings nearby (average prince is 12€ per day). Also you can rent a car at the reception.
Metro Station: Marques de Pombal (1 minute from the Hotel). Take the red line at the airport, exit at Saldanha station. Take the yellow line to Marques de Pombal.
For Porto either take the train at Santa Apolonia station or Oriente station. The first one is closer than the second.
See you soon.
Hello again,
The room is spacious, but this is the kind of information that is very subjective.
There is a rail beside the toilet.
There is no rail near the bed.
Unfortunately the help from the staff will depend on staff presence and availability. We cannot guarantee full help 24H.
Thank you.
I asked about the bed,I don't use a wheelchair but a stick,my mobility is reduced I also noticed from the photos that the chairs in the bedroom are not good ,they are not heavy enough although I have asked to have a chair with arms put inthe room to help me to get up
