We have just returned from this hotel, we were really pleased with our stay, ideal location 20 min walk from center of Lisbon, close to Metro links which means easy commute to airport. The hotel is Clean & quiet just far enough out of the center that its peaceful. The staff were friendly. The breakfast is buffet style as you would expect, continually topped up couldn't have asked for better.

Just back from a short stay in Lisbon and we stayed at this hotel. The hotel is very well located as just around the corner from the Parque Metro stop (blue line) which can get you to and from the airport in no time at all, as well as in to the main tourist hub of Lisbon, which if you prefer, is a 20 - 30min walk from the hotel. The hotel looks over the Parque Eduardo VII on a fairly quite road.
The rooms appear to have been recently refurbished and were clean and tidy with very comfy beds, a fantastic shower with excellent pressure and lovely soft water plus free WiFi with pretty good reception in the room. Not the biggest of bathrooms or rooms but more than adequate.
The breakfast was of a Continental buffet style hence pastries, breads, hams, cheeses, cereal, tea, coffee & juices, which was continually topped up but does also have a very small hot selection. One morning ,they had ice ring doughnuts at breakfast, that were truly scrumptious.
All the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful.
We really couldn't ask for much more, from a 3* hotel, in an ideal location.

We spent a nice vacation here. I appreciated that the hotel is located in a nice and quiet park, nothing disturbed us at night. The equipment is quite basic, but ok. Personally, I would appreciate a few little things in the room like cotton pads, also a kettle would add another star. The staff could smile bit more. The breakfast was sufficient, slightly varied, the only thing I missed was green tea. A great advantage of the hotel is the location - excellent accessibility to the center, which can be reached by a pleasant walk. There is also a metro and bus station in walking distance. An ALDI supermarket is about 5 minutes by walk from the hotel.

We stayed overnight in a double room overlooking the park. The bed was very comfortable, as were the smooth, ironed linens. The room was clean. The wifi connection is good. The included breakfast is plentiful and varied, including hot and cold dishes. Staff are friendly.
The bathroom is tiny and the shower tends to leak water on the floor, but there’s plenty of hot water and good water pressure.

I normally review after a stay, but I am leaving a review mid stay. When we arrived in the evening we were met by what can only be described as a disinterested member of staff. In the room there was absolutely no tea or coffee making facilities, so we thought okay let’s go to the bar for a cuppa. No success, the bar is closed for business. So you would think maybe a vending machine would be available, once again, Nada. The TV on the wall was so small you almost needed opera glasses to view it, and as for WiFi, more buffering than signal. In the morning we headed down for breakfast, additional cost of €8.50 per person. The cooked option was chopped up hot dog sausages and scrambled egg, at least the welcome was better this time. So all in all I feel let down, I have visited many hotels but seldom found one to match the level of take the money and provide as little as possible to the customer as this one. Shame really, it’s in a good location, has excellent access to the underground and with some imagination and interest, could be an excellent choice. We won’t be checking it out again any time soon.

Very nice hotel, clean (except for the wardrobe drawers, which were a bit dusty). Friendly staff, especially in the breakfast room. Good location as it faces the park, therefore very quiet, and close to the metro, so you can reach the center in a few minutes. Sufficiently spacious, functional room with wardrobe, minibar. The bathroom is located in the small hallway at the entrance to the room, a hallway which has its own door, which is a very positive thing, and also has a bidet, soap with wall-mounted dispenser (ecological solution). Bright room with two large windows overlooking two mini balconies. Average breakfast, both sweet and savory. Check out at 12 is also convenient. Price paid is fair for what is offered. Negative things: TV too small with few channels and only information channels (hotel setting, unchangeable), no bar in the lobby (also very small); area with little, or rather no, nightlife (even in the evening you have to go to the center to walk), no separate waste collection (everything was thrown into the single bag brought by us because the bins were tiny). Apart from these small, negligible things, very pleasant stay.

We stayed in this hotel with our family, the staff is very kind and helpful, but the structure leaves something to be desired...., dated furnishings where you can see that a half-renovation has been carried out which certainly did not affect the water system. .. Sink and shower had to be used with the drop counter to drain the water, strategic location close to transport and very quiet, abundant breakfast

The city is plastered with signs with the writing in question... we have been coming on holiday to Lisbon for about 8 years but nothing has changed in this hotel. from the carpet...... to the absence of Italian TV or music channels in gender. They give the room at 3pm and reserve the right to clean it until 5pm so if you return to the hotel in the afternoon and want to rest you skip the cleaning. But they're outside. However the location the price is relatively above average, all prices have increased everywhere

The hotel staff is very service-minded, speaks good English and is located next to a beautiful and green park. Hotel outdated staff very unfriendly. Shower was either hot or cold, room had a damp smell in it. Room was very basic and not much room to move around in. Location was only 20 minutes from airport and 2 mins to hop on hop off bus everything else was a hike to get too. Wouldn’t recommend.

I booked the Aerobus online for return tickets. It was cheap and quick. Bus is right outside arrivals door and stops very close to the hotel. Another easier way, is to download the uber app and use that. We did on the 2nd day to get around Lisbon and uber was very cheap and reliable.

Hi, this area felt safe and yes there is a safe in the room but I am afraid I cannot remember how it worked. But let me warn you that I got my purse stolen when we went to Cascais for the day. According to the policeman this is incredibly common so I would warn you to be careful in tourist spots like this. Otherwise we felt very safe in Lisbon but maybe take a cross-body bag. It's a lovely city though and the hotel is easy to get around from although it is a bit of a hike if the weather is bad which it won't be in July. If you like walking you will be fine. Hope you have a lovely time.
