We stayed at this hotel in August 2013. Its just a few minutes walk from the Metro station, and easy to get to via train from the airport. The welcome on arrival was warm, and the ice cold drink was welcome. Our room was on the small size, but as expected for a hotel in the centre of a European...

This is a nice hotel that breathes old class. Breakfast is elaborate (with bubbles and a -tacky- chocolate fountain if you like that kind of things), staff is friendly, rooms are clean. The only downside I can think of is that the hotel seems.. small, cramped even sometimes. From the lobby to the restaurant and certainly the rooms, you never...

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. The Lisboa Plaza is a cozy hotel in a cozy city. Like Lisbon, the Lisboa Plaza has a cozy character in opposition to large hotels in big cities. It is the Portuguese way of life that our hotel reflects since its opening in the 50’s. There...

We stayed at Hotel Lisboa Palaza for six nights. For the purpose of sightseeing. It was the second stay for us and came to like this hotel more and more. Nothing was better than their warm attentions for us who had travelled from far(after 24 hours moving). The receptionists, the barman and the person in charge of dining room...all of...

You don't want a five stars. Neither a dodgy grunge oozy average one. No mirror tower. No fragile antiquity. Somewhere elegant and cheerful, well-equipped and central, with smiles at the reception. The cluster of Heritage Hotels (they all have different names) is for you. Lisboa Plaza might sound dull : the place definitely deserves a better one. But there is...

We stayed with a small group over New Year and found the hotel excellent in all respects. The spread at breakfast was amazing in its generosity and variety, and we had two buffet dinners as well which were of the highest quality. Staff were always helpful and the location perfect for city visiting on foot or by metro. The room...

I went with my family and really liked the hotel. The staff was very friendly. The Hotel is old but has very good installations. Beautiful furniture and rooms. The location is also good. Close to downtown Lisboa. There is also a subway station nearby. No kid activities or pool. Price was a bit steep.

Fantastically delicious pastries and easy to make yourself coffee with the machine. Makesure you book your hotel with a free breakfast included. Sorry restaurants operates in the morning. Not sure why. But for dinner, you can walk to a nearby...

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for your feedback following your recent stay. We are very happy that you have enjoyed your stay with us and we would like to clarify some aspects about our Hotel. At the Lisboa Plaza each room is individually decorated and the Portuguese character is always present. We keep many features of the past that...

This was our first time to visit Lisbon and we really loved the charm and comfort the Lisboa Plaza Hotel accorded us. The staff were very friendly and the rooms large comfortable and amazingly designed with wood and azulejos. The hotel is set upon an excellent location at the center of the city which provides good access to other parts...

Just got back from the Lisboa Plaza Hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, great location. Would heartily recommend this hotel to others and would not hesitate to return. Room was good size, quiet and well maintained / very clean. Black out blinds and curtains meant it was almost pitch black for sleeping. Not much of view from second floor, but...

This was the first time to visit Lisbon and we really enjoyed people (very friendly), historical sites, food and wine. We took Aerobus from Airport for 3.50 Euro per person one way. We were the only passengers and the bus dropped us off at the Avenida metro station which was one min walk to the hotel. The location was great!...

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for your feedback. We are very pleased that you enjoyed the character of our hotel as well as its location. Our rooms vary in size according to the room’s category and also in décor and materials. Some of them have mahogany wood which makes them look darker than other rooms, but they have their...
