As Janelas Verdes is definitely such place!

The hotel is located 10 minutes bus ride from the central square, but if it's late and the bus doesn't arrive, the taxi is not expensive. It is in an old reconverted building, very charming and elegant, cared in every detail and extremely welcoming. Breakfast...More

As Janelas Verdes is a wonderful base for exploring Lisbon. It's a beautiful 18th Century structure with all modern amenities, close to museums and the waterfront, with excellent staff and services. We thoroughly enjoyed our stays here, and recommend this lovely hotel without reservations!

They arranged a taxi that cost 90 euros return. There were 4 of us so we split it. Depending on what luggage you have there are buses that take you to the main train terminus, and it's then about a twenty minute walk, not recommended if you've got cases. There is a little bit uphill.
There are steps between first floor spaces that would preclude someone in a wheelchair from moving from the reception area to the place where the elevator is. Pa lovely hotel, but not for people with limited mobility.
