Right next to Pink Street and Time Out market. Great location, most attractions are easily walkable from this hotel. Although the music from pink street could be heard from our room it wasn’t overly noisy due to the quality windows and shutters. Hotel was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I can’t comment on the breakfast as we chose to eat at neighborhood cafes instead.
We came to Lisbon for our wedding anniversary. It’s a beautiful city with so much history and lovely things to see and do. The location of the hotel is superb and very close to public transport. Our room was lovely and I would like to thank the staff for our upgrade to the river view. All the staff were great and they all helped us with what ever restaurant choices and touring advise we needed. Two areas I believe need to be looked at . For a four star boutique hotel it’s essential in this day and age to have coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Secondly for I found the breakfast expensive for what was offered and terribly boring . The same choices were served daily ??? Should I decide to revisit I will opt out of the breakfast option , as their are so many cafes all around serving much better fare at a cheaper rate. Having said that, the breakfast area is lovely with a great vibe.…
Great proximity to many popular neighborhoods in Lisbon. Clean and friendly service. It is very loud at night with the clubs behind it- this did not bother me, but those that prefer a quieter sleep may not appreciate it. If you enjoy the nightlife this will be a plus for you!
The rooms were clean and elegant. Only advice is request a room away from the night clubs. The first night I was on the first floor and didn’t sleep because of the screaming night club goers. Next night I moved up a floor and shut the windows and didn’t hear a thing.
This hotel is adjacent to a lively street called Pink Street that is full of bars that generate noise into the wee hours, so if you are a light sleeper this hotel is not for you. However, if you want a gorgeous room that is conveniently located near the water, restaurants, and various public transportation points this will be perfect. I had a great stay at this hotel and was wowed by the generous space in the room, the lovely decor, and amazing double rainfall shower. The blackout curtains and earplugs provided did wonders for my sleep.
The location of the hotel is convenient to explore Lisbon. At the same time the location is also a major issue. Basically, it is really noisy. Rooms at the back of the hotel face over 'Pink Street' My son and his fiance had one of these and they were well sound proofed . We had a room facing the waterfront, and got very little sleep, resorting to ear plugs, which isn't particularly comfortable. Very rowdy with the various bars which seem to close around 6am. Noise from their patrons is incessant. Additional glazing is needed The rooms themselves are fine, beds are very firm. Irritating that there is no complimentary tea/coffee/water. Everything comes at a price. No idea about the food, as there are plenty of places to take breakfast. No issues with the staff. They were courteous and attentive. Would I stay here again, or recommend the hotel. Afraid not…
The hotel is located in a very convenient position, 2 minutes walk from the Cais do sodré metro station and from the Tago river. Despite to the central position, in the night it is very quiet. The room was very comfortable and luxury: “shabby chic” style furniture, air conditioning, king size bed, safe, full selection of bathroom products, two bathrobes, minibar, espresso coffee machine. Every afternoon, in the lobby, “pastel de nata” (typical Portuguese sweets) and Porto red wine are available for free to hotel guests. Breakfast is not a problem, because in front of the hotel there is a small bar, opening at 7.00 AM, selling also continental breakfast, pastry, fruit juice, etc. (be careful: the don’t accept foreign credit card, you must pay cash…but the closer ATM is just around the corner). Last but not least: check-out time is until 12 AM: if your flight is in the afternoon, this leaves you the time to use the last morning for additional activities and pass from the hotel room for a shower or some rest. I recommend this hotel to everyone.…
Rooms and beds where good, breakfast was also good. Location of hotel was great, and the staff where just amazingly friendly and helpful with everything! I would strongly recommend this! It is close to the river and also to the very nice small restaurant streets. Some very nice rooftop bars are also very close.
Excellent experience at the hotel LX Boutique in Lisbon!! I was travelling on business in Portugal, working in the morning at the hotel was confortable, breakfast was excellent and the location is very centric. A great experience, I will repeat.
One of the greatest hotels I have ever been to. Wonderful room, huge bed, amazing view. Stylish with a great location. Glass capsule bathroom was nice and funky. Friendly And helpful staff. Just perfect!
