Family stay well we arrived in front of the hotel. Frankly the front door really leaves something to be desired and when the door opened and was creaking we felt like Halloween. But after when we came home great amazement nothing to do with the outside, the very nice welcome when taking our reservation and the keys everything was perfectly clear and as soon as we went up to the first floor to see our room, just perfect, perfect room for a stay like us, made it very nice clean bedding at the appointment, beautiful, bathroom, with light, anti-fog on the mirror, and TV. All the platforms are there. The hotel is located 20 minutes from just opposite a garage where there are tuktuks so perfect for walking around Lisbon. Thanks again to the hotel that allowed us to have a great weekend. The breakfast was very delicious. Lacks a little diversity. But for the four days we spent, it was very good, thank you to the hotel for your welcome and your kindness. Pleasure

It is located almost in the centre. If you are passing for one night it is ideal for the price. There are advantages and disadvantages. The toilet and shower is very small and the heating the room is not sufficient because the A/C is small. Wifi is not very good.

Clean and well-equipped hotel. The room and the toilets were very clean. The hotel is well located near a bus stop and 8' from a metro station (Anjos). The breakfest is completed in salted and sweet aliments. The staff are welcoming and very professional. This hotel offers good value for money.

We booked this hotel on 14th August 2022, almost 2 months before our trip. I even emailed the hotel to make sure they’d received my booking. Got a reply saying ‘yes all received and booked fine’
Heard nothing until today when I got an email from Booking.com saying that the hotel had cancelled my reservation FOUR days before I’m due to travel! 😡
I was told that it’s because the hotel overbooks (like airlines do) and they do it to cover any cancellations.
This is absolutely appalling.
Please, if you’re planning on using this hotel, don’t. Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere.

Friendly hotel but full of ups and downs: nice receptionists but difficult to understand if not in Portuguese or English, attentive to your requests but not diligent to solve them, fridge in the room: but spoiled (three days only one we count on it), tv poorly tuned (no arrangement throughout the stay), hanger to hold the shower: broken. And the most bleeding in this country: towels in terrible condition, worn and stained with bleach. The room had broken corners, constant noise from the air conditioning and outside it a periodically broken elevator. We were compensated for such many failures with a two-hour extension of the checkout.

Cancelled my booking without informing me on the busiest days of the year. I got to the hotel and they told me they are overbooked and don't have a room for me. "Sorry" is all I got.
Booking was made several weeks in advance and there was not one hotel room left in the city for less than 1000e night.
Wouldn't trust them for a booking.

I loved my stay here. I stayed in Room 502 which has a balcony. It was great to have breakfast on the balcony every morning - you can opt to have it delivered to you at no extra charge. You can choose a different breakfast every morning, should you wish. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel was very clean. There is a green line metro station nearby. This will bring you straight into the city centre.

We received first class treatment! This place is immaculate, and it just gets better. It appears that the owner must be a traveler, as there were so many small details that were available.....from the scale in the bathroom, to pegs on the wall to hang items. The refrigerator worked and had plugged in before our arrival. We emailed for walking directions, and they arrived in a very timely manner. WiFi worked great. The recommended car service showed up early. Everything was first class. The rooms are small and the beds very firm, but, hey, it’s Europe. This had the feel of real local flavor. It had very comfortable seating in the lobby, which was decorated beautifully. I could not have been more pleased. Oh, and the location was grea and t in a great neighborhood.

Hubby and I stayed at this hotel in Lisbon. Reception was very welcoming. Hotel room and bathroom were clean. Heating was fantastic. We had a little balcony facing the street. The room has everything-mini fridge, ironing board, iron, internet...all necessities were provided. There is no parking that the hotel owns. That is a downside. We parked in the street (meter parking). The hotel is central. We didn't order breakfast but heard we could. Keys for the hotel and room are given to you once you have checked and paid. Hotel was worth the price. We slept well as bed was comfortable. Hotel is small and RECOMMENDED for short stays only. Thank you!!

Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable. Good location, not far from a METRO station. On a bus route and easy for cab pickups!! Clean room, somewhat like a BOUTIQUE HOTEL we felt safe here! If you have mobility issues, you may find the bathroom to be an issue (extremely small). There are also four steps up to get to the small elevator. There is a breakfast, but we didn't try it. Everything was suitable, they seem to be updating and expanding, but we did not experience any noise distrubstances.
